A quiet well ocated hotel for both business and shopping. Additionally, their is a wide range of trendy and high quality restuarants within 5 minutes walk from the lobby.Fat and friendly checkin service . The Club room is well appointed with excellent staff and food.

Hotel Istana is nice place to stay in the heart of KL. The rooms are spacious and large. However, the rooms are dated and need some sprucing up in terms of carpeting and furniture. The hotel has an amazing breakfast spread and the food is great.
Ask for the higher floors when you stay here.

Overall ok except for doorman. We were soaking wet from heavy rain but was denied entry by doorman that told to dry off
With hotel towel. We. Only given one towel but there were 4 of us.Hotel restaurant. Buffet .prices were kinda expensive.
Overall stay was pleasant.
