The hotel is situated in a good location. Easy access to main attractions and shopping, this includes a covered walkway to places of interet including Petrona Towers, in close proximity

Reception should be better organized. There should be a queue system in place without attending to customers in an ad hoc way.

Great Location but the hotel is old

This hotel is old and its lifts are very slow. When we first reached the hotel, the lifts did not come and there were many people waiting. It was awhile later that we realised all the lifts are not working at that lobby. There is no sign to inform that the lifts are spoilt.
For the room, it is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. However, the shower tap is rusty and there is crack on the basin. It seems like there is no maintenance done.
The best thing about this hotel is its location where Pavilion, Bukit Bintang and Sungei Wang are within walking distance. It is very near to Jalan Alor which is a happening place at night where all the street foods are.
