Good Location. Transportation services easily accessible.
At times, the water in the toilet was muddy in colour, making it unhygienic. No washing pipe was installed in toilet (for Muslims). Poor lighting in room. No windows at all.
On the whole, my stay was quite satisfactory. Counter staff and kitchen staff were courteous and friendly. However, the breakfast was lacking in varieties. Almost the same dishes were offered on every other day. The furniture in the hotel needs some upholstery.

Facility (need to upgrade new furnitures)
It's resonable price and good for short residence. But it's great if we can improve the quality of the furnitures or facilities inside the room, it might cause more confortable for guests even we can pay a bit more. Thanks

Proximity to department stores and good information on tours.
There was no area in the reception area of the hotel to sit or to meet invited guests. The bathroom was very "tired". Airconditioning was so cold we had to request an extra blanket each.
While the hotel is located in the heart of Chinatown and in close proximity to major department stores, guests are hassled by street traders outside the hotel constantly. While one realises these people have to work hard for a living, it becomes a little tiring having to battle through some of the more aggressive traders.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The tours organized by the desk are excellent, particularly the City Highlights. The guide was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable.
