The rooms were generally clean though they are not big. The toilets were average. The hotels location was very accessible to Chinatown shopping areas and food centres.
There was only 1 staff in reception during peak hours (e.g. guest check-in). Only 1 elevator was working most of the time.
The restaurant manager was always sulky and rude to guests. His display was very bad that me & my friends were annoyed. The breakfast was not great and there were no eggs or sausages. The management should look into ways of training their staffs on professionalism and customer orientation.
Generally, this budget hotel is a value for money if you're not too picky.
