Excellent location
Great views, lovely bathrooms
8
we had a room on the 17th floor with terrific view to the twin towers! check-in was smooth, room is large enough and the bathrooms is the best we've seen for a long time.
breakfast buffets was good but it's not the quality and choice of a 5 star hotel.
the swimming pool is fantastic if a little bit on the small side.
Shopping Tip:
The whole area is excellent for shopping within walking distance.

Beautifully designed hotel
Location, design, staff and nightlife..
9.7
Our stay at hotel maya was great. Everyone was nice, the hotel looked amazing. There is a club directly opposite. They have a small quiet sky bar on the 13th floor which has an amazing view of the twin towers.. Very close to KLCC and the most we spent in a taxis was about 30 ringget..
Shopping Tip:
Majority of the shopping centres are all designer an then when you go to others like times square its all one size no trying for girls so not the greatest for shopping.

Expansive breakfast, great location

The size of the rooms were adequate and a good size fridge was in our room, but I feel the hotel rooms need some maintenance.
Shopping Tip:
Walking distance to Petronas Towers and shopping centre, plus close to the monorail, which take take you to other shopping centres.

very stylish hotel
design, value for money, location
10
The designers for the Maya won awards - you can see them listed in the exhibition in the City Gallery in Singapore - and what strikes the visitor about this hotel is precisely the fact that everything about it has been designed - every perpective and detail. Which if you like that kind of thing is very pleasant. Apart from that it has an excellent location - just down the road from the Petronas Towers and therefore within walking distance of all the facilities within the Towers and the KLCC Park and the transport connections - and is also very good value for money and has a very friendly staff.

i've stayed at hotel maya many times over the last few years. what drew me to the hotel was its convinient location and modern architecture. sadly the hotel i love is not well maintained. cleanliness was not up to par.
Shopping Tip:
Bukit Bintang is great for shopping!

it was our first trip to kl and the experience at maya made it a great one. the location was a 5 min walk to the monorail station, and 2 stops to bukit bintang the shopping area. zouk's just opposite the hotel and if u're there for that its def a plus point.
