modern style well furnished rooms with excellent views of the city
very cold, aircon was just too powerful in all public areas of the hotel. yellow tap water in bathroom,
our first impression of the hotel was wow. very modern and beautiful rooms very well equiped. all having excellent views of the city. but unfortunately it was not a good stay for us. the tap water was very yellow and cold, we were unabel to bath or shower. hotel staff very helpful in finding a new room , which prooved to have the same problem. the next day we moved into yet another room with the same problem. it was not rectified. the hotel is also very cold, aircon far too powerful. we were very cold in the breakfast room as were staff also. disspointing stay as first impressions were good.
Shopping Tip : well worth getting a taxi to mid valley shopping centre. hundreds of stores at reasonable prices.

Room layout was very impressive
Skylounge had great views and nice place to spend an evening
Restaurant (breakfasts) had good selection and variety
Internet didn't work over in the desk area of our suite for some reason, although was fine on the bed.
Pool temperature was too cold - although we were told the thermostat was broken
Some floorboards near bathroom had rotted - suspect this was due to bath overflow
We stayed in a junior suite for 3 nights. Very impressed with the room, which was really well set out and spacious. The glassed-in bathroom was a standout feature, although there seemed to be an issue with the water overflow from the bathroom, as in the bedroom at the edge of the glass the floorboards had decayed.
Breakfasts were amazing - great selection, everything was fresh and delicious, and staff were incredibly attentive.
Hydrotherapy pool was also good, although the temperature was a bit too cold. The staff did say that they had been having problems with it lately, so hopefully that issue will be resolved soon. Do wish we had more time to test out the spa!

Location, stylish hotel and cost.
We enjoy our stay there. Everything is indeed fantastic in the deluxe PETRONAS twin tower view expect services (e.g., housekeeping) and concierge.

Large rooms, sky bar, dining options, location, staff
A very luxurious hotel indeed. We got upgraded to a junior suite on the 12th floor which was extremely spacious. With great views of the city and only a floor below the very nice sky lounge, which offers complimentary tea/coffee and snacks each night from 9-11pm - a nice way to end an evening. The staff were friendly and helpful and all dining was pleasant, with a variety of restaurants. The swimming pool and spa also offers a nice way to relax.

- enormous fun bathrooms
- great views
- elegant, contemporary touches
- architecture
- service was a bit blase for a five star
Big, nice room and bathroom. Good view of towers and cemetary from our room. Both interesting. The hotel is about 3 blocks from KLCC and the monorail which is good on all but the hottest of days. Service was a bit indifferent - didn't even clean the room after first night and didn't offer any of the check-in perks. Breakfast was good but restaurants were underutilized
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The park behind KLCC mall has a nice jogging track!

Right across the road from Zouk Club(one of my fave places in KL)..walking distance to J P Ramlee if you like to party into the night. Very spacious rooms and bathroom
Was suppose to get complimentary with the room but couldn't connect half the time. View of the graveyard from my room. Quite far from Bukit Bintang.
Was on a work trip to KL and decided to branch out of Bukit Bintang for once and try out Hotel Maya and check out their suites. Was pleasently surprised when I entered my Junior Suite it looks exactly how the pictures are. On clsoer inspection it's a little run down but overall I enjoyed me stay there.
Nightlife Tip : Zouk Club is right across the road with many tourists and locals partying till the early hours. Hard Rock Cafe and J P Ramlee is just around the corner too if you wanan check out more clubs.

A problem with hot water in the shower. Takes time to work.
Maya hotel is practical , modernize and romance hotel. Its convenient to go to shopping center like KLCC or anywhere else. My room is facing Twin Petronas Tower. I like to see them sparkling while having good music in my room every nights . So Romance . Really appreciate to stay there.
Nightlife Tip : You can find the place for relaxing in the night opposite the hotel is Zoo Club , easy to go there and easy to go back and relax in your room.

Nice surrounding.
Good View from Room.
Great Staff.
Great Breakfast
Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Maya in KL. Great location. Just a street away from Zouk and KLCC Towers. Service was good although Housekeeping service could be improved. The daily ferry services to points of interest are great. Staff are always ready to attend to your every needs.
Nightlife Tip : Zouk KL is right across the street so club goers can have a easy route back after a night of partying

Close to bars and restaurants and 4min walk from the Petronas Towers and great shopping. View from rooms is amazing, the cocktail bar is something special and you can sip amazing cocktails while the sun sets behind the twin towers. Rooms are generously proportioned.
Only Con is the Sky Lounge's outdoor seating is pretty limited so get there early!
Brilliant design, this hotel is very modern, chic and luxurious with plenty of dining options and a great location right next to the Petronas Towers. Food-wise, they put on an excellent buffet at breakfsat, lunch and dinner and the desserts are amazing. Rooms are like studio flats with big walk-in wardrobes and massive bathrooms. Best thing was the view from our room, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Petronas Towers. Make sure you spend somne time in the Sky Lounge!
Restaurant Tip : Highlight of this hotel is sipping cocktails at the Sky Lounge - head there before sunset, order a cocktail and enjoy the majic.

The hotel is very good with location. It's 10 minutes walking from hotel to KLCC. The room with fashin decoration & very clean. In the night, you could see KLCC very clearly. Also the hotel provides very good breakfast. We like the hotel very much. We will choose the hotel again next time.
Shopping Tip : Good shopping experience in KLCC.

Chic boutique hotel in KL
Although the hotel includes the perks on the first day of arrival - complimentary ironing, fruits, etc. the staff is not that enthusiastic to do it when you actually ask for it.
Worth visiting. The breakfast is not as great as other reviewers mentioned.
The hydro pool also is not as great as other reviewers mentioned.
It's not a hotel I would say that I will definitely go back and stay there again.

best rooms i have ever stayed in. free upgrade to executive suite! amazing!
breakfast spread has lot to improve.
very nice location. close to klcc. our rooms were twin tower facing. fantastic toilets. nice to have video choices for free. the 13th level tea terrace is great with great view, especially with free tit bits and tea or coffee. very nice ambiance. the pool is very nice. especially the hot water jetting out to ease ur tired muscle after a long travelling day in KL. We shall definitely stay here again and again as many times we will be in KL.
