Great location and easy access to transport
Walking distance to the Twin tower shopping mall
9.7
Very spacious, clean and tidy rooms. This hotel is located just opposite the great shopping mall and walking distance to monorail station. Breakfast was excellent but dinning in the hotel was bit expensive. Staff were very friendly and ready to serve. Highly recommended to any one visiting KL.
Restaurant Tip:
Cheaper and good food available in food court or restaurants in nearby twin towers.

very nice hotel, the room design is romantic.
someone recommend the spa of the hotel , well after experiencing it, I felt it is so so, nothing special.
Very near to the twin tower, can view the twin tower from some rooms, need to request.
A very serious problem, the bath water is not clean !
Nightlife Tip:
Night club just opposite the hotel

Modern and great location
Very modern interior, excellent location
6.7
Hotel Maya is quite a modern hotel inside, the restaurants are very modern, the pool area is nice, perhaps the rooms could do with a little bit of updating but other than that quite a nice hotel.
The breakfast was really good, service was fast and food was of a good quality.
Hotel is a pretty quick taxi ride or short walk from major shopping centres. Nice little touch was the doormats in the lift telling you what day it was, always handy for holidaying tourists!
Downside: the noise! We were on the 21st floor and could still hear traffic plus the Muslim prayer song that gets played every few hours! Not something I want to hear when I'm trying to sleep.

Affordable luxury near the Twin Towers
Great pool, near great street food
8.3
Luxurious bathrooms and beds. The hotel had a tall, airy, hollow interior that allowed breezes to flow through. The swimming pool definitely did not feel like it was in the middle of the city. Very relaxing. When you leave the hotel, turn left to walk towards the Twin Towers. On the first major corner, you'll find NZ, a large hawker stall. Try the masala dosa!

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Hotel was a bit dated, but other than that, everything else was good. Staff was really friendly, and room had got good view. We walked to KLCC where there were good food, activities for kids, and shopping. The hydro pool was second to nothing! It was a therapeutic pool and excellent for relaxation after a day of activities.

Fantastic get-away package
Very spacious home-office styled living space... very liveable
9.7
Very spacious, roomy & comfortable, unlike typical city-styled-crampy SOHO apartments or hotels. Wide array of full height glass panel windows providing a panoramic view with the majestic twin tower in view. Sumptous breakfast & good malay urut.
But what makes the trip memorable?
This was what I did:
book the 3D2N Blissful Spa get-away to coincide with her birdthday, away from my teen kids, away from, hectic work.
1st day - relax in the theraputic pool and get your full body urut (book early to avoid disappointment. Notch up the already sensous ambience with a slow dinner, sipping wine & chatting... cherish the mood and fulfil the love.
2nd day - after a solid breakfast, take a 5 minute stroll to KLCC, a few blocks away. Plenty to see, eat and shop. Most memorable was to delight her with enthusiasm in shopping and then wonderfully surprising her by buying her that thing that caught her gleaming yet hesitating eyes for her birthday... how suitable indeed.
We thoroughly enjoyed the get-away experience in Dec.2011 and we came back for more in Dec. 2012.
