the hotel is nearby (petronas towers and manara tower) the main attraction in Kuala Lumpur
i like hotels internal design style its amazing
and you cant forget the breakfast buffet
nearby the main attraction in the city

We requested a baby cot on booking, made an additional request at reception on arrival, and needed to call reception another 2 times before a cot finally arrived at 11pm. There were other little things in the brasserie restaurant too that were not well understood -requesting a high chair for our baby and decaf coffee.
Our parents also stayed in a 'junior suite' room and once they saw our room, which was a 'studio', they realised they were in the same room and had not been upgraded despite paying more than us. The hotel rectified this quickly once it was pointed out to them, and placed my parents in a 'superior junior suite.' However had we not stayed there with my parents, I'm not sure if my parents would have realised this had even occurred.

We booked one night on Agoda and then later booked another on a different site. The hotel gave us an automatic upgrade to junior suite.
- Travel tip : There is a taxi rank on the main street just outside the hotel. Taxis ask for more than double the going rate if you hail the taxi from within the hotel.

Well maintained hotel and helpful staff. Even the location is excellent; easy access to shopping areas and night clubs. Monorail is just 5 minutes walk away.
