Pictures on website better than actual premises.

Expected it to be nicer based on pictures in their website.
Hotel over-charged us for the blue taxi service, and tried to do the same going to KL Central, but we wanted the metered fare, which the cab driver agreed to.

Great! Check-in and out where easy, the staff were super friendly, the room was large and had a separate shower and bath facilities. The internet was super fast. Easy access to the Towers and the KLCC.

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels all around the world and usually in suites or executive standard rooms, Hotel Maya has very nice rooms we were upgraded from their Jr suite to their Deluxe suite,the room was excellent, and had all the usual features you'd expect,
The main points that let this hotel down are, In most 5 star hotels I've stayed in when you stay in a suite or executive standard room you receive complementary snacks and drinks, but not in Hotel Maya, this was disappointing. The mini bar service was terrible,and the standard of food in the restaurants was also disappointing,
