-right beside the Pavilion shopping centre -lots of restaurants nearby -close to Jalan Alor, which is a popular spot at night -hotel pool was nice -hotel spa was nice -hotel staff was friendly and helpful

-"king" sized bed was two twins put together -hot water was yellow

This hotel is located in a very convenient spot, right in the heart of the city centre. The Pavilion shopping centre is literally a one minute walk from the hotel, with lots of great shopping for all price ranges. The mall's food court is large with all kinds of food to try. We went there for every meal except for dinner. A great view of the Petronas Tower is only a 10-15min. walk away. Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful.

Close to one of the best shopping in KL, also twin towers are walkable.

not much to complain about

stayed 2 nights, not long enough to shop. Breakfast good, clean rooms. did not have time to use pool so cant comment, would stay at the Novotel again.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walk to the twin towers, but go in the morning early if you want to walk across the bridge.

Great location, concierge was very helpful and couln't do enough when we had our passports stolen at the airport

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. We had a premium room which was worse that our standard room, housekeeping service was totally unacceptable for slackness. Went the whole stay of 2 days without a fridge.

Although the concierge was great in our times of trouble, would not stay there again due to poor service.

Nightlife Tip : Lots to do at the Pavilion just across the road
