Good WIFI coverage, Rooms clean & comfortable. Staff friendly & helpful. Only 3 lifts for 28 floors, so could be a bit slow. Standard rooms not very spacious. Booked into the executive rooms, on a stopover each way to & from Thailand. Found the service from concierge to quick check-in at executive floor very good. Standard executive rooms, same as standard rooms, but added advantage of free wireless internet access in room (service excellent) and access to executive lounge.
On our way home from Thailand, we were again booked in here, but this time upgraded to a junior suite. Excellent facilities in these rooms and very spacious, even have a Nespresso coffee machine, rather than just the standard granulated coffee sachets. Location of Novotel KL is convenient to Bukit Bintang, Pavillion shopping centre (just over the road by walkway) & other attractions such as Petronas Twin Towers - is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel.
If you are looking for a value for money hotel without all the bells & whistles in a central location, this is worth considering.
Shopping Tip : Take the walkway to Pavillion shopping mall.

Great location with all amenities nearby, a great Pavillion linked to the hotel where you can shop, eat a great meal or have a evening drink great variety!!! Great brekky, paid that little bit extra which allowed us to have drinks and nibbles on the upper floor level, staff very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again it was a great place, location and the staff was extremely friendly and our main host was so good to us that made our stay even better, when we left we felt a bit sad as we felt we were leaving our family!!! As I said pay a little extra per night but stay in the executive rooms and get your extra special service. The hotel was clean and the service was great.
Shopping Tip : Don't do the day market at the "Central Market" unless you want art & crafts I found it was a waste of time but definitely do the night market which was at Chinatown and that is where you can bargain and haggle and get great deals on brands not real but look just as good and a quarter of the price!

The hotel location is good. Easy access to monorail station. The hotel staffs were very nice and the room was clean. I could not find anything wrong with the hotel. Near the Raja Chulan Monorail station, so it was easy to travel from KLSentral to the hotel. The hotel is also near the Petronas tower in a walking distance. Luckily, I got a room with the Petronas view so it was very spectacular. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the hotel staffs were very helpful. Really recommend for people who are either on business trip or on vacation.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : I recommend people to go to the Petronas tower by walking from the hotel. It takes only 15 minutes. Looking at the map, it might look as if the hotel is far from the hotel, but it is really short.
