great location
worth the stay for the location

Ideally located in the heart of KL. Good place for a basic hotel although the room needs updating and more attention to cleanliness should be attended to. There was a wad of hair remaining in the drain of the shower.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room size was decent. We requested a higher floor room and this was granted. The side of the hotel had no view however, but this did not bother us.

Lovely hotel without parking slot

the only thing i like of this hotel is only location, because this hotel is very very locate in central area, near bukit bintang, and opposite of sungei wang. this hotel doesn't have parking slot when my local colleage want to meet me at this hotel.

as usual it was a great and memorable stay. no hiccups at all and everything was as what we would expect. the staffs are friendly and courteous and always willing to help. the location is convenient for shoppers and those who like night life. many shopping centers nearby and within walking distance. we will definitely stay in this hotel again as we have already stayed there many times already and we will not hesitate to recommend it to our friends.

As like our previous stay it was memorable and fantastic with all the staffs as friendly as usual and every ready to help. The room is a bit run down but otherwise all the facilities and amenities are still ok. Location, no doubt, is good with many shopping malls and entertainment centers within walking distance. We will definitely choose the same hotel on our next trip and we will not hesitate to introduce this hotel to our friends.

The room is spacious but too bad is facing next building. The front desk should offer some extra gadget. Anyway good location, ideal for shopper as Lot 10, Sungei Wang is just across the road. Time Square on the south and Pavilion at the north. It really heart of Bukit Bintang.
Will come back to the hotel with some complimentary offer....

very old wood styled hotel but i must say location very good beside lot 10. u can skip the hotel breakfast and go to lot 10 basement food court for more exotic msian chinese food.

Neat & at centre of Golden Traingle in KL!
Next to Lot 10, Sg. Wang shopping center & Rail station + Time sq. + Lowyat & Pavillion!

Just a short stay to pick up some CNY goodies! Arrive by car in a heavy thunderstorm and valet parking at a 1 time charge of RM10/= per stay is fair. Good service too. Can even kept car after check out for extended shooping, appreciated that.
Lift's card system is clumsy but in good condition!
Bed surface comfort is a bit out(old aged)! Room design is very pleasant!
Bad point - No free WIFI & to extend stay can be troublesome.
Restaurant Tip:
The Lot 10 basement Food court is very comprehensive in choice & local varieties!

The hotel seems to be undergoing refurbishment and change. My room was ok - very 70's and a little tired but the bedding was excellent and very comfy. The room was clean and made a really good place for me to rest my weary head after an extended long haul flight. The room and hotel served its purpose for me. The breakfast was great. Fantastic pastries and goodies and the dining area was not crowded or busy at all. All in all a good stay. Visit the local restuarants etc in the area - all quite cool
