Impressive Newly Renovated Hotel Room
Location is great, staff are friendly and room is well equipped and clean.

Upon checking in, we were greeted by a warm, charming and friendly Gilbert at the front desk. He upgraded us to a nice room on the 20th floor overlooking the city skyline. The air conditioning in the room was really good which is always a relief from the intense heat outside. Breakfast was good.

Upon check in I was told my room was not available so they gave me a free upgrade which was welcomed. I only had 1 meal at the hotel in room dining service and the food was good. The only major set back is this hotel is very old. Rooms are a little musty and forget any kind of views as you are smack in the middle of the city centre. My problem during my stay was that renovation/upgrade works were going on. There was a signage in the room mentioning this. The staff respondded work should stop early evening (that means 7pm!!!. I had to call reception as the sounds of men working unbearable. Another thing is the rooms are COMPLETELY NOT sound proof. So its a great place rooms problems!
