Superb location but room quite small

Undeniably the best location as just one step away to major shopping complex. One can opt for no breakfast as you can get food anyway 360 degrees around the hotel itself. Their deluxe room is quite small, seems just like a superior room.However it has been refurnish as well as their lobby. I like the bathroom as it has no bathtub just great shower.
I believe this is my first hotel that does not offer free parking. it is charged rm10 valet parking but unlimited times.
Overall it a great place to shopping and sight seeing.

the hotel is very strategically located. within walking distance to major shopping complexes in kl. around the hotel has great range of foodcourts & restaurants. also, very close by to night pubs definitely worth staying when you dropby to kl.

Do not book this hotel. Couple of things;
* Smoking allowed everywhere even when you sit and eat breakfast. They sit beside your table and smoke. Are they from the 80ies?
* building site right now. Will be better later on 2012.
* room had a water spot around one meter in diameter, all time we where there.
Water seems to come from bathroom. Got wet everytime we went to bathroom or from.
* smell of mould inside the room (1011).
* key stopped working after one day. We booked two nights, so we had to update key.
* internet i bought 24h, for 30 ringhit stopped working after midnight.
So i had to go down to frontdesk and get a new code.
Staff very unproffessional! I have been in around 100 hotels around the world. This was one of the worst ones. And they are claiming 4 stars? They should have 2.

Near food street jalan alor.

the hotel is centrally located within bukit bintang shopping belt. the room is clean and well maintained. counter staffs are friendly and served with smiles.
the down side is the parking not within the hotel building and during check out the concierge and valet parking staffs are not helpful. gone back to reception, got advice and deal directly with parking management to get my car out. not a pleasant experience.
bathroom facilities such as showers are not working properly. drain pipes are not draining efficiently.

i stayed at this hotel just a couple of days but i would recommend that staff at here, are friendly and helpful. the buffet breakfast is outstanding with food to suit every taste. the location of the hotel is brilliant for those who love to shopping like me. - directly across the road from sungai wang, diagonally opposite berjaya times square, right next door to lot 10 (which is undergoing redevelopment currently), and about a 5 minute walk past there on to farenheight and the fantastic pavilion mall. i would not hesitate in staying here again if i had the opportunity to come back to kuala lumpur.
Hotel Feature Tip:
It's located in Bukit Bintang so shopping is easy since the shops are all walking distance like Pavilion and Sungei Wang. I was under the impression that it was renovated so i expected something 'new' only to be let down. The rooms are still the same as before (back when it was called the Coronade Hotel). The workers were all very friendly and welcoming.

The location is superb as it is opposite Sungai Wang Plaza and within walking distance to Jalan Bukit Bintang other shopping malls located nearby such as Lot 10, Pavillion, Low Yat and Times Square etc. Walking distance to Jalan Alor to get plenty choice of cheap local food. But the hotel is very old and not completely value for money. Free Internet connection in the room not functioning well.

love the location but hates the check.in

stayed here for a night just to take a break.. booked it as it was convenient to the train station and food outlet.. the room we booked was great.. although the furniture was old but the bed was very very comfortable.. we had a long train ride in.the rain to reach the hotel.. upon checking in.. at the reception.. it was such a turn off when we were 'greeted' by Mr madhazhir.. he was slouchy.. and was so not interested in doing his job. he made us feel like we were checking in into a budget dodgy hotel.. it was disappointing.. he didn't strike any.conversation and we felt very unwelcomed. very sad.. thank goodness for the morning staff who were ready with a smile and made us feel very welcome.
