It was a pleasant stay. The location is amazing. The room is comfortable with reasonable price. Nice swimming pool with a comfortable environment for relaxing.
Our only problem was the sound of renovation works (drilling sounds) were a bit uncomfortable for us during the stay. May we also suggest for you to allow more than 1 devices to get connected to the WiFi in the room and also may we suggest for your hotel to install water hose inside the bathroom (near toilet bowl).

Awesome stay at Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur

Booked for 3d2n stay at the hotel.
Was able to check in early at no additional charges. Superb room. Big room. Necessities like towels, shampoo, lotion, body soap were all given. Was able to log into the wireless instantly. Amazing! But then when we returned to our hotel a few hours later, the internet connection was quite unstable. Service was very good. The staff was very smiley. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. However, the food run out of quite fast.. But the food was 4/5 stars! Complimentary newspapers was given every morning on our trip. Something other hotels need to follow! Check out was done less than 5 minutes.
Hotel location is very ideal. Opposite Sungei wang plaza. near lot 10. Walking distance to Pavilion and Berjaya times square. What more can you ask for??
Will definitely come back here again the next time i go KL!

I would like to stay again at the hotel royal kuala lumpur. This iss the first time I stay here, I like the location, the room. The location is easier to access anywhere in bukit bintang.
