Comfortable and spacious room

This time, I have checked in with a technical problem. The receptionist kept me waited for about 10 minutes. My acceptable duration is not more than 5 minutes. The last time, I was requested to print out the booking confirmation for to make their work easier and faster. So this time I printed out the booking confirmation but the situation became worse.
After that when I wanted to check out, I experienced the same. The receptionist couldn't find my files, I was wondering what will happen if that day was peak season.
After all, the room condition and housekeeping were all OK like my previous stay.

i hope that the hotel could upgrade their housekeeping, every time i visit i need to call up to request for the bed sheet to b changed as i was not comfortable with bed sheet with stain.

A passable overnite stay

I was held up for nearly half and hour at check-in because "the reservations system was down" with regard to my booking with Agoda. I had the impression this sort of thing happens quite often, so for me this hotel lost quite a number of points even before I saw the room itself!
