The on duty staff were expecting me when I arrived which is always pleasant. The room was small but perfectly foamed, and the bed took up most of the space, although it did come with an arm chair too. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were decent quality too. Kettle and tea/coffee are provided and replenished daily with the water.
The bathroom was one of the smallest I've seen, but was always well cleaned with towels changed every day. The shower had decent pressure and was hot, which is all one really needs.
The staff were always willing to help with any queries I had.
Overall if you want somewhere quite to lay your head then the Summer View is a good deal.
Shopping Tip:
Very easy to reach multiple shopping malls via the monorail.

Compare with the other 2 hotels which I stayed in KL+Meleca within a week, the key deposit here is double charge of the others. It made me a shock to feel my cash on hand was tight because of my last 24 hours in KL. The breakfast buffet should provide eggs, even better of different kind of egg cooking. The only point I like was the spacious room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
About 10min walk to KL Central, easy to change other means of transport to go your visiting places.

no tooth brush\paste provided, therefore get it in 7/11 below

Everything you would expect from a good standard European hotel chain, professional and polite staff, very well cleaned and only few minutes walk from KL Sentral and Brickfields Little India (excellent street food!). Excellent value for money and would gladly stay again.

easy location for kl sentral and transfers

arrived from klia to hotel around 8am after no sleep and travelling lonnnggggg time and were told can't check in til 2pm, didnt want to move on this time until finally said 12 so went to klcc for a bit. hotel staff pleasant, room ok but standard, tv and shower + good wifi. good for a place to put head down and breakfast was ok.
