This is a good hotel with very friendly stuffs. Rooms are nice, clean and tidy. Good things is all the rooms are connected with WI FI. Breakfast is very poor and most of the day is same. Toilet is clean but bit small. Very conveniently located for travelers. Near by all the popular malls and central train station for easy connection to all the city points. Value for money.

Hotel very close to KL sentral, which is the gateway to KL. Opposite to the monorail station with easy access to bukit bintang. However, some areas around the hotel seems very run down and unsafe, so would not suggest one ventures into those areas at night. Rooms are very well maintained though a bit small. Breakfast is good, but with limited variety. However, multiple eating joints around the hotel. Best view from road facing rooms and from high floors.Staff very courteous and pleasant, however not very knowledgeable about places to visit. Overall a hotel with great value for money based on the location and what you get.
Hotel Feature Tip:
ask for a room on a high floor and one that faces the road (and not the contruction site next door).

during our stay at this hotel we found very friendly staff and good service. rooms are all very clean, tidy and connected with wi-fi. only problem is that very poor breakfast and no room services available for guests.
