Booked the hotel for a friend. He loved the hotel because of the convenient location to access train system from KLIA to and in Kuala Lumpur.

It was a horrible experience. Although I booked a superior room, I got a room which was a mouse hole at the most. It was definitely not worthy of a superior room.
The staff was very friendly indeed
Breakfast was very mediocre.
I would not stay here again

Great location and warm welcome
9
the location is good, easy to find. just 5 minutes from kl sentral. the hotel accommodation is perfect with free wifi provided and reasonable price. this hotel will be the 1st choice for my next visiting in the future for sure, recommended.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
from hotel to petronas twin tower not too far away and easy to find, just take monorail from sentral satation to klcc 1.6 ringkit only.

Hotel was normal, nothing great. But i stay for only one night therefore not much complain.

This is my ten or eleven times stayed in this hotel.
The reason is because it is convenience for me to tavel with many kinds of public transport available.
But caution when walking on the street at night time eventhough many people are eating at the food stall allong the road shoulder.
Shopping Tip:
Catch the LRT Putra at KL Sentral to KLCC for heaven place for shopping.

Great location but busy street.
Can ask for higher floor room to get away from the noisy street.
Frendy staff and thats a plus for me to come back and stay at the hotel!
Shopping Tip:
Catch the monorail from KL Sentral to Bukit Bintang, best place for shopping!

Clean hotel near the main station
Easy to get to from the airport, clean and correct
6.3
The hotel is close to the terminus of the railway express at the main station - but still a taxi journey away if you have bags. Situated in 'Little India', it is close to the museums, but still a taxi or walk/train to KLCC.
The rooms are clean and everything works. Kettle with coffee and tea in the room. Wifi was a bit intermittent, but ok. Breakfast is fine, though after breakfast is served, there is no F&B on site at all.
No complaints - staff were helpful; a good stay.

Great location and good breakfast
very close to kl sentral and tun sambanthan monorail station
7.7
the hotel is quite new and the rooms, while small, are still in very good condition. the only thing missing is a refigerator, otherwise the rooms are quite well appointed.
the breakfast is served in a mezzanine area with great views over the busy intersection below. the food on offer for the buffet breakfast is quite reasonable and seems to change slightly every few days. the rice soup is very nice but the fried eggs are prepared too far in advance and are cold and hard when put out.
the free wifi has quite good connection speeds, even from the 10th floor.
the one thing i found most annoying was having to pay a 100 myr security deposit when the room was already paid for and there was no mini-bar or other room ammenities for sale.
Shopping Tip:
the monorail is just 200 to 300 metres away and stops right in the bukit bintang area or the imbi station will get you direct access to times square. bb plaza, low yat plaza and sungiwang are a few minutes walk from the bukit bintang stop, as are many other shopping malls
