Great location and service with a smile

we have stayed at summer view at a few times and we have always been satisfied. they have comfortable rooms, nice people who will do everything they can to help you having a pleasant stay.only thing i would recommend the hotel would be to improve the breakfast. the hotel is in a great location close to kl sentral.

Clean and nice hotel, great room

we could walk from the railway station to the hotel. nice and helpfull staff and employers. the employers speak all good english. nice and clean room, good bed, nice shower. easy safe on the room. the breakfast was complete, asian or bread and marmalade. a lot of maps and brochures for interesting sight seeing. they warned us also for drive by robbery, so purse away from the street side. we can advice to take this hotel.
the monorail was only one street away.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
When you plan to go sight seeing, arrange a taxi for 7 hours! You have to pay 100 MR in advance when booking and 200 MR to the taxi driver. It is worth it! But the taxidriver also goes to 2 or 3 selling points, it is nice, but has no added value. The KL Tower is nicer than the Petronas Twin Towers.

i arrived real late to kl, an after 1hr 30min bus from the airport to kl sentral the only think i wanted to do was go to bed. the people from the hotel were waiting my arrival. real nice room, clean, everything were was supposed to be. nice breakfast in the morning and keep traveling. as i said the location is great from kl sentral you can take train to everywhere in kuala lumpur.

Me and my 2 friends stayed one night in this hotel and the room is not bad but I think that a refurbish should be done in near future. Very convenient to public transport and food. No complains.

Clean, Cheap Hotel

Really reasonably priced rooms, location was great as it was near KL sentral. The rooms were decent sized, clean and comfortable. The staff was lovely and accomodating always cheerful and willing to help when asked questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Room with a great view
The view was really nice, the staff very attentive, the room was clean and the breakfast was delicious

stayed two nights and really enjoyed it, we had a room on the 10th floor with a wonderful view of sentral, could see the trains going back and forth, the staff were all friendly and the location is an area i enjoy and is very close to the important sentral station. the breakfast was nice.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to times square mall and spend money at the amusement park and bowling alley, much better value and fun than a visit to the telecom tower which is a similar price.

Value Hotel but still to be carefull
Although the room is small, but it's clean. The hotel location is around 50 meters walk to Tun Sambathan Monorail Station and around 10 minutes walk to KL Sentral. As the 3 stars hotel, the breakfast is ok, there are changes everyday. The securities are always polite, they will serve you with smile anytime and give you detail information you want as they know.

i stay for 2 nights with my wife to holiday and explore kl and around. first time we check in, we surprised because they asked myr as the money deposit, althouth we paid through agoda. we stay in small room that clean and neat, cheap enough, located in the sentral of kl, 50 meters to tun sambathan monorail station and 10 minutes to kl sentral station. infront the hotel there are karaoke, massage (either blind or not), some restaurants, beside the hotel there is 7 eleven store. around the hotel also there are church, small mosque, some hindu's temple, and chinesse temple.
the second day after we travel in the afternoon, we found that the tv remote was gone. because we put money deposite and i don't want lossing my money because of this, i make report to receptionist and asked them to check the remote is not in the room. we don't know who take this tv remote, but i thought it was not safe for us.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Although you have read the reviews, you still have to be careful.

The room is comfort and not too small. Easy to find the location.
Shopping Tip:
THe hotel is near to the KL Sentral and Monorail. With the public transport you can go any where in KL City.
