Families with young children Malaysia, January 27, 2013	Great Location but Inconvenience to senior citizen good location n affordable 7 this hotel located at a very good location for those who come to kl for shopping. it also offer a very affordable price for customer. but it's not a friendly hotel to any person with reduce mobility (senior citizen,wheelchair,litle kids etc.). customer had to use staircase even to level 3 of the building (actually level 4) because level 1 which also as a lobby of the hotel is on the 1st floor itself. it's very2 tiring. and inside all rooms should been provided with boiler or atleast at every level provided with hot water boiler. Hotel Feature Tip: Not suitable for Senior Citizens.

Forget about the mosquitoes in the room because it was just a short stay. Hotel Feature Tip: Not suitable for handicapped and old people because no lift.
