Excellent location, friendly staff
Friendly staff, central location, excellent spa facility, lovely room
10
I recently visited Kualar Lumpur for the first time as a solo female traveller. I booked the Impiana Hotel through Agoda and was pleased that it was central to both the Patrona Towers, the railway station, the Plaza and the hop on, hop off bus.
The motel had very friendly staff, an excellent buffet breakfast at the restaurant and wonderful spa facility for those sore, tired feet!
Whilst the staff were quite curious about the fact that I was travelling alone, they seemed happier when I mentioned I was meeting a friend in the city.
I was given a room upgrade on arrival, ordered a late light meal in my room and it was lovely.Thank you to all the staff at Impiana for making my short stay a pleasure.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The Spa facility and swimming pool on site is great if you do a lot of walking around the city (great view at night from the pool) and the best way to start your site seeing is with a hop on,hop off bus tour.

Hotel is being rebuilt -extremely noisy
9
hotel staff and the hotel rooms , swimming pool etc are excellent. however, be very aware that the hotel is having extreme works done to it (adding 25 new floors). furthermore, there are 2 huge buildings being built right in front of the hotel. so is extremely noisy from 08:00h to i think 20:00h. was told that the works will be for at least another 2 years! so hotel is superb only if you're not there between 08:00h and 20:00h.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
if you like shopping and restaurants, klcc and bukit bintang and sungie wang are all within walking distance.

Very centrally located and absolutely convenient.
Right across from KLCC, with an overhead crossover, good access.

I was very pleased with their pleasant staff who demonstrated good hospitality. Housekeeping was very prompt as well.
Shopping Tip:
located right in the centre of KLCC Suria & Pavilion, walk a bit more, there is Starhill, Lot 10 & Bukit Bintang Mall

great location
great location, rooms are great, service is good
9.3
very near to KLCC, about 5 mins walk, great location if you are looking to get up early n Q for the petronas tower skybridge walk!
the only con about this hotel is lack of wifi. Rooms have internet but require a cable which they ran out of. Each room should be equipped with an internet cable but there were none n the reception ran out of cables.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
close to KLCC n reasonable price

Poor treatment and srvice
4.7
Stayed at this hotel 4 times now, the first 3 times were very good but the fourth(this trip) was very poor service and treatment. Second problem was the noise! third problem was i asked for wake up call on the last day due to early flight, and that call never happened! very lucky i used my own alarm! after all of these issues and complaints nothing happen. i was a very big fan of this hotel, but due to this stay and poor service and treatment ill not be coming back.

great hotel in the heart of city
strategic locations, cozy room, quality service with smile
9.7
checked-in for 2 nights and felt like home. the room was cozy, in-room dining was delicious and everything else is nothing to be complained of except the designated carpark currently under renovation, thus you've to wait for the shuttle service to get you from the temporary carpark to the hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
There's a japanese buffet restaurant located at the building next to the hotel, it opens during lunch/dinner time at affordable price and the buffet spread is super delicious.

Walking distance to major shopping area

We got the smoking room so being a none smoker we are a bit frustrated when we enter the room because of the strong cigarette smell.
Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly.
Shopping Tip:
Wakling distance to Suria KLCC as well as to Pavillion and Bukit Bintang Area.

Nice and Pleasent hotel
Good location... and pretty comfortable..
6.7
hotel is nice and cosy. room is lovely and has a pretty decent view. although their upfront service is very good, their response to service is very bad.
from the waiters at the restaurant, to the housekeeping staff...their response to any request or complaints were very slow.
Shopping Tip:
Walking distance to Pavilion, so food and shopping is a stone's throw away.
