all we are happy and fell good, all services is pretty good as well. anyhow varities of food for breakfast should be improved but taste is ok.
Shopping Tip:
hotel located on center of kl which good fotr you to travel around there

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Impiana KLCC Hotel. Our room was lovely and it was very quiet, even though there was construction going on nearby. The service was excellent and very friendly. We had two very tasty meals in the restaurant and enjoyed a wonderful spa treatment. The hotel is in a terrific location, close to the Petronas Towers, shopping centres and public transport.

Great location by KLCC, overall a good hotel

We stayed in the Impiana hotel for 4 nights, the hotel is very close to KLCC park (2mins) and less than 5 mins walk to Petronas towers and 10 mins to Pavilion shopping mall. The room was very clean and well maintained with good TV channels, however no in room wifi, only free wifi in the lobby which was annoying. The buffet breakfast was fairly good but not the best, could have done with more selection of fruits, cereal and on the 4 days we had breakfast there were no waffles or pancakes.

I was greeted by friendly staffs and was given a nice cold drink and freezing towel while checking in... This is a very nice present surprise.. The room is nice and of good size.. will stay there again.

great view of twin towers no longer true

No more nice view of the twin towers as new buildings and constructions has encroached the view. Staff not very supportive, I complained about the phone calls i get asking me if i will have my room cleaned or not despite my no disturb sign, instead they scolded me claming i should have the no disturb request through the phone which i then did and the next day i got the same phone call when i made the same complain they give the same answer blaiming me again despite my telling them i already did what they told me a day earlier, they wouldn't allow me to talk with the duty manager that easy also. It was just terible. Fare from the hotel to airport is very very expensive so better get your ride from somewhere else

recommend do not book the taxi at the twin tower, due to the service is very bad and they are not worth believe. I tried to book the taxie however they increase the price and no meter by taxie

most of the staff have a nice smile and very helpful, they were giving me very comfortable feeling.
breakfast we had quite freshy and nice.
the most important for me is the very nice decorating for the room and also the comfortable bed set, it make me had very sweet dream for all day long visits.
value for money!!! excellent...that's why i keep on staying in impiana hotel klcc...
