close proximity to both klcc and pavillion shopping complexes, service was good and staff was helpful. it was within walking distances to the major shopping centres and there was no need for us to take any public transport.

Good value hotel, but currently very noisy

Have stayed in the Impiana a couple of times due to its proximity to the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) and the Petronas Twin Towers. The Junior Suite is large and fits a third bed. During the day, there was unfortunately a lot of noise pollution due to the hotel currently being extended, so if you are around during the day or want to sleep in, it is not a good place at the moment (Jan11). Otherwise great service and friendly staff. I travelled with my two kids (13, 11), and was told on arrival that my agoda booking did not include breakfast for the 3rd person, which was very annoying (the same happened in our previous hotel on Langkawi). Showed the Agodo printout which showed a booking for 3 incl. of breakfast and complained, after which the matter was dropped.

KLCC shopping mall with PetroSains discovery centre and two food courts
Berjaya Times Square with an indoor amusement park, incl. a fullsize roller coaster !

It was good to be back in Impiana KLCC again. I stayed for 2 nights and i enjoyed it again. The room is still clean and nice. I got a problem with my internet connection and since i was in KL for business purpose i was irritated. Thanks to the assistance and patience of the Hotel IT Manager, Mr. David Dawson, i got connected in less than an hour. The problem is not the connection, its my laptop.

the concierge and all of the personnel are very friendly, courteous, accommodating and helpful. our room is very nice though overlooking just one of the twin towers. breakfast is not that bad but i would suggest a change of menu at least every two or three days. we've just had 4 breakfasts in the hotel but on the second day, i wanted a different menu already.
location is great. it's very near the aquaria, twin towers and the pavilion.try their airport transfer because it's cheaper than other offers and with the best limo/cab service i've ever rode.

Unfortunately the hotel is under construction for months when we are there. It is very noisy until late night which is a nightmare to us. But I think it still a worthy hotel if the construction finished.

thrilled about our choice, would stay again. short walk to several major shopping centres inc Petronas Towers and two mins to popular Park. Loved swimming on rooftop pool. some building activity which we found very interesting rather than annoying - could watch efficient building practices!
short walk to monorail station in one direction, and to another rail link in other direction. rail system not integrated, so need to use both systems.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
with so many buildings going up, not all attractions immediately visible. across the road and behind Hilton is a large park area, with lovely fountains and the Sutra shopping centre.
