Good hotel
quite near Petronas tower, good 4 stars hotel

Good 4 stars hotel, quick check in time, near KLCC and twin tower, but not so many convenient stores or banks easily accessed around the area. Serve the purpose of our short visit though, can reach the park near the twin tober within minutes

Bad service and hotel location

The first night stay, the power supply was cut off. As I have 2 kids age less than 5, they were afraid of the dark condition of the room. We were only compensated with torchlight and a note stating the reasons of the power cutoff. To ease the situation, my husband and i decided to bring down the children. Even the lift was not working and we had to climb down the stairs. My husband tried to talk to the manager in charge of the hotel but the front desk officer said that she will get back to us but never did. The carpark was also not accessible because of the reno work and we had to take a shuttle there just to get the car. It was really an unpleasant stay.

Construction and power failures were annoying

I would say that the Impiana was less than what we expected it would be. We heard that the pool overlooked the Petronas Towers, which it did, but two buildings had been erected right in front, so that all we could see were the very tops of the towers. Very friendly staff. The rooms and the restaurant were good though. It was still a good place, but it was far from ideal.
Restaurant Tip:
Great Malaysian food right around the corner from the hotel (close to the German restaurant).

Walking distance to all to tourist attaraction
Big rooms, very friendly staff.

I will definetly stay again in this hotel...it was the best hotel i have ever stayed in (considering 4 stars).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
walking distance to Suria KLCC shopping centre and Petronas tower

The first impression is that we were arriving to a real four star hotel, but when the lady in the front desk realized that we were travelling with our backpacks, everithing felt down.
Anyway, if you go, don't forget to fight for what's yours, because in that way, misteriuosly, they find a room for us (but still, it wasn't clean enough for a four star if we found hair in the bathroom...).

Good location but slow service
Rooms were nice and clean

We arrived at 11am and was asked to check in at 2pm. We came back to check in after lunch and was still asked to wait a little longer. There was also some electricity disruption after midnight. But overall stay was an average one.

the hotel is great. cleaness, the pool with view of menara klcc and located at strategic area.
impiana hotel is a very lovely hotel whereby you can vring your children to the aquaria watching the fish and playing at the klcc gardenl
for the wife or ladies, she can go to the suria klcc and pavillion for a great shopping experience.
for the husband and man, there are a nice hangout nearby also for leisure and others such as pub, night out, disko etc
the holet is well situated and the hospitallity is great
