the hotel is great. cleaness, the pool with view of menara klcc and located at strategic area.
impiana hotel is a very lovely hotel whereby you can vring your children to the aquaria watching the fish and playing at the klcc gardenl
for the wife or ladies, she can go to the suria klcc and pavillion for a great shopping experience.
for the husband and man, there are a nice hangout nearby also for leisure and others such as pub, night out, disko etc
the holet is well situated and the hospitallity is great

Impiana has a good location, situated between KLCC and a relatively close walk to Bukit Bintang and Pavilion Mall. Fittings and furnishing is classy and service is good. However, if you drive the only inconvenience is that until the hotel carpark is complete, you currently have to park your car in the expo building opposite the hotel. To alleviate the situation there is a shuttle service plying the distance between hotel and carpark, but it serves to be reminded that you will not be able to access anything you leave in the car easily. Other than this minor inconvenience, hotel experience was good.

very cosy hotel, good internet connection.We enjoyed the stay inspite of the hotel rooms were poorly insulated. We can hear the next room guest with kids bawling away.
Service was excellent from the reception to the house keeping staff. We like the Offer for the choices of pillow which is very important for a good night sleep. Hotel location is very well located within walking distance to Shopping malls and food courts.
Will definitely stay at Impiana again.
Shopping Tip:
great location, within walking distance to both shopping malls ,pavilion and klcc, and the bukit bintang area.the food courts in both malls are great. the variety choice for local & western food really great.
the alfresco area at domes cafe in klcc great place to sit and watch the people walk by and the fountain as the backdrop is really great

I choose the hotel because the located is strategic, near with KLCC, just walk about 10 minutes. The hotel is very nice with complete facilities like pool, spa. I love the breakfast, because the menus is very good in taste. I wish one day I can stay there again.

Nice but nothing fascinating

the room was comfy and the hotel staff were quite helpful and polite. the hotel is located near klcc and several interesting night spots. i have no complaints whatsoever, just thought it wasnt as posh as shown on pictures. photos are deceiving, afterall. :)
oh, the bathtub wasnt very clean. <= probably my only complaint.

it is very ideal for me as i had an event at klcc, just need to cross the street and i'm there. good location for shoppers too.
enjoyed the free internet and comfy room. would prefer to have free wi-fi for phone too.

This is good HOTEL comper to another 4 star hotels.
That room has big and wide bathtub.
Welcome frutes are good, especially orange.

Great hotel and good location

the hotel is great large rooms and good location. close to klcc and the twin towers. they are currently enlarging the hotel and this causes allot of nuisance. but after informing the reception our room was changed to a higher floor and at the other site of the hotel. so very professional people and i would absolutely will book there another time.

overall,very nice the hotel.but currently their car park is under renovation.so it is unconvenience when i drive my car go there. i need to drop my car inside the klcc car park.then follow the hotel transport back to the hotel.
