Lovely hotel in a great location
Hotel was 5 mins walk from Suria, Pavilion and Bukit Bintang. Staff were lovely- always polite and helpful.
9.7
The staff in this hotel were lovely and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble for them. Everyone (from the reception staff to the porter) was always smiling and patiently answered all our questions and provided good advice.
The hotel was lovely, the pool being a great way to cool down after walking in the humid weather. The room was large (for what we were expecting) with good air-con and everything was always clean. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends.

Great 4 Star Hotel for great value
Awesome location near Suria KLCC + Petronas Towers
8.7
We were impressed with Impiana KLCC. It's a fanastic location, just 500 metres away from Suria KLCC. The hotel service is top notch with fanastic swimming pool and gym facilities. From the second you arrive in the lobby, to your check-out, everything is smooth and professional.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Avoid using the hotel taxis, they cost a bomb and cost up to 3 times the normal taxi fare.

Great hotel, excellent location
9.7
Great hotel. Stayed in a suite which was massive and extremely comfortable. Staff were great. Didn't touch a door from the minute were arrived. The breakfast buffet was the best we have ever had, its a massive spread. The pool is lovely. you can see both the KL tower and twin towers from it. Beautiful at night time. Definately worth a stay if you want to be in the centre of KL. 5mins from KLCC, and other shopping centres and 15mins from all the clubs and pubs. Ideal base and very relaxing too considering its in the centre of the city.

Well where should I start? On my arrival, I booked a standard room, upon checking in I was shocked of how small is the room and the view was on a parking!!! I felt like I want to check out directly, we went to the reception and our travel agent sent the hotel an email to do something, they kept trying to convince us that this is the standard room, but on the website it doesn't say that it would be that bad, finally they upgraded us to a deluxe room which was way much better. Away from this incident, the hotel is very good and great location as well

Nice hotel, great location
Very close to KLCC, large comfortable rooms and a great breakfast
8.7
I stayed at this hotel for one night in transit. The room was very large and comfortable, and it was good to have a bath to relax in. Walking distance to the Twin Towers meant it was easy for a quick shop and lots of restaurants to choose from.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Lovely pool with views over KLCC.
