clean, nice decor, good service and response

overall we had a good stay, the hotel was in a very central location which met our needs. service was good, breakfast was adequate and the hotel was clean. Unfortunately, someone from the room above had heavy feet and woke us up. We did call reception to make a complaint. Carpark was also very tight and limited

Impiana Suria KLCC
1) I liked the welcome drink and cold towel served the moment they attended to my Check-In at the front desk.
2) Within walking distance to Putra and monorail. That is good for business guests.

I am very disappointed with the Concierge on duty. But it is not entirely his fault that the hotel was not able o provide ample and sufficient parking for its guests in the hotel building. There was a valet service but it required a fee of RM18, which I thought should have been compensated by the hotel management. At least upon request. This is very inconvenient for guests who are planning to stay at the hotel to walk over to the Plenary Hall for concerts. For this reason alone, I am not returning to the hotel.

Nice Hotel
Very friendly and helpful staff; nice room; great breakfast.
8.3
I just stayed one night but I had time to verify that the staff was always willing to help and was very kind in general. The rooms are very good and the breakfast is super. I was only negatively surprised for the non-existence of wireless inside the room which is really annoying for someone that needs to be in permanent contact with his office as it was my case.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Should not be that difficult to install wireless in the rooms. Right?

Impiana
Location, room size, free internet access
8.3
I booked the Impiana for 2 nights to attend a conference, but ended up staying an extra night because the hotel was so comfortable and conveniently located. The rooms are large and nicely furnished (although a bit dated), room service was prompt, internet access was free, and the staff were extremely pleasant. For my needs the hotel was excellent value for money.
Shopping Tip:
Kinokuniya in the KLCC mall is an excellent bookstore compared to most in Asia. Also, the Little Penang Cafe on the floor below is excellent value, authentic local food.

I love this hotel
Location, location, location -- right by Beach Club.
8
Location of this hotel is very good, close to Beach Street and KLCC, but also in a location that is quiet, with very nice rooms and great service. If you like Beach Club area, I would recommend this hotel. I've stayed at Mandrian, and many others in KL, but for the price this hotel beats them all. Rooms are nice, breakfast buffet is really good and Internet is free, wireless and fast. I will return.
Nightlife Tip:
Take a left outside the main lobby, walk about 5-7 mintues and your at Beach Club.

I've stayed in Impiana few times for work reasons and the last time wasn't satisfying. The room service wasn't great. Ordered wholemeal chicken sandwich which arrived an hour after that plus it was a white bread AND toasted! To make it worse, asked me to pay cash there and then. Came knocking on my room door at 10.30pm when I've put a Do Not Disturb Sign. Where can I run after paying over 1k? RM23 for sandwich is sure imporatnt to them huh!

Staying @ Impiana Hotel KL
Staff very friendly and helpful
6.3
I have visited The Impiana Hotel on a few occasions. Staff are very friendly and willing to help you. I find that the rooms require upgrading especially the bathrooms.
Had dinner in dining room which was very nice and lots to choose from.
Close to twin towers / park is walking distance.
Staff in lobby / car park not very helpful and gave me a quote of triple the taxi fare I arranged myself???
I would not go back to Impiana Hotel for the price of the room I would try other hotels.
Shopping Tip:
Good shopping at twin towers which is walking distance from hotel.

Best Deal in KLCC
Convenient, Clean, Friendly Staff, Good Breakfast
10
The hotel is located like 300 metres from KLCC and 500metre from Pavillion. It's accessible and convenient to travel around. The hotel is very nice and the room is very clean and nicely decorated. Equipped with Iron, hairdryer, nice big bathtub...It's definitely a good deal for such affordable price. The breakfast is fantastic..I love it...Good Spread. The staff are friendly and efficient. Check-in and check-out without much fussle. The gym is well equipped and rarely used by other guests..so you can have it yourself and enjoy great privacy...

Hotel Impiana, Kuala Lumpur
This hotel is central for the KLCC and towers. It has easy access to the convention centre and KLCC park. It was ideal for us.

This hotel would be ideal for either the business person looking for a hotel close the the KLCC centre of the holiday maker wanting the central area of Kuala Lumpur. The staff were attentive to your needs and spoke english very well. We would have not qualms recommending this hotel. The breakfast catered for all nationalities.
