Watching Petronas Twin Towers(PTT) while swimming
The swimming pool is superb, you can see the Twin Towers when swimming.
The location is very good, It is only about 7 minuets to the twin tower.

The location of Impiana KLCC Hotel and Spa is very good since it is only 5 minuets walk to Petronas Twin Towers. The swimming pool is a must to try because you can see the Petronas Twin Towers while swimming in it. Ask the recetptionist about how to go to it.

Weekend in KL

The location is the best feature since it is between The Pavillion shopping centre and KLCC Suria shopping centre. You can also are blocks away from the Petronas Towers. The KLCC park was steps away and has a nice 1 km rubber track for jogging. The hotel staff were very helpful and quick to helps us out with directions, cold towels and drinks upon our arrival. The room was in pretty good condition.

Well priced for the location

The hotel is well priced for it's location as it's only 5 a minute walk to the Petronas towers. The pool is nice but the views surrounding the hotel is on the decline with much of KLCC underconstruction. The hotel quality is ok but nothing too special so avoid paying high rates.

Had a bed & breakfast deal. Huge choice for breakfast suit all nationalities. Very friendly staff and extremely well trained. Good TV reception with 2 movie channels. Comfortable rooms. Opposite convention center. Can buy a drink & ice cream near the pool, gym & spa. Airport way out of town. Catch bus to central station then catch taxi or train.
Shopping Tip:
More reasonable priced shops found in Jalan(street) Bukit Bintang. High end shops at Petronas
Twin Towers and the Pavillion.

From the time of checkin we received wonderful service. We had our welcome drink, were taken to our room with a wonderful view of the towers. The room was a great size and spotlessly clean. The pool area is fantastic especially at night with the lights of the towers on. Our great nights sleep was because of the most comfortable bed and pillow. The breakfast was great with plenty of variety. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Overall the best experience. Great value for money

after staying here 2 years ago & stayed again early April 2010, everything is surprisingly consistent (cleanliness, food, staffs).
Would stay again next visit to KL.

nice location, walking distance to the twin towers, bars and very short taxi distance to Chinatown, Alor Street, etc.

the swimming pool gets a little dusty after 10am when the workers start working at the opposite construction site for Grand Hyatt. I stayed on the 6th floor, so that's pretty much no appropriate view of the towers...staff were nice though, and breakfast is pretty good as well. will probably come back as agoda offers a good rate.

overall we had a good stay, the hotel was in a very central location which met our needs. service was good, breakfast was adequate and the hotel was clean. Unfortunately, someone from the room above had heavy feet and woke us up. We did call reception to make a complaint. Carpark was also very tight and limited
