Good location and functional
Just a short walk to the twin towers

Was disappointed by the room. Wooden floors, so didn't have the luxurious feel. The bed was small and I was with my 13 yr old son. I asked if I could swap for a twin room. No! I guess it was my mistake when I made the booking. Room cleaning was quick and efficient, though not quite as thorough as I'd expected. Breakfast was so-so, but the breakfast tables are too close together for comfortable dining with absolute strangers with varied eating habits! Very close to Twin Towers and the Suria shopping complex. Petrosians Science exhibition is inside Suria Centre, a very hands on experience/activity centre.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Go to the pool in the morning. The sun disappears later on in the day.

the location of the impiana klcc is really good, although the service at the front desk is a bit slow.

klcc is just 5 minutes walk from impiana klcc, or pavilion is just 15 minutes walk away.

this hotel was a surprise - just 2-300m somehow behind the Petronas towers, it made a really nice walk to get some pictures and get cooled off by a short rain shower. The room s are good, they provide a lot of things in the room, the design is nice.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Good for a stop over in KL.

located in between 2 giant malls. about 15mins walking distance neither to klcc or pavilion. model room design to make your stay more confortable. besides, the fully equipped gym and swimming pool are good for those who loves to workout and have your skin tanned.

Enjoyed our stay at the Impiana. The staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. Centrally located and in walking distance to the Petronas Towers and shopping centres. Would certainly go back to stay there and highly recommended
Shopping Tip:
At least two shopping malls withing walking distance of the facility. Further it is under RM 20 to most other malls and also the Batu Caves.
