Good hotel in a great location

the front of house staff made us feel welcome right from the start of our trip. The room was large enough with a view of the Petronas towers. The rooms were clean with all mod cons needed. The pool area was never busy and had plenty of sun beds - the biulding work at the moment opposite may be a bit of a distraction though. The breakfast would have bene good if the hot food had been hot. We will definitely return here however.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
make sure the taxi drivers use a meter and travel in the most direct route - we were taken a long way round twice and heavily over charged

The hotel was undergoing some renovation whereby it can be pretty noisy, difficult to get quality rest especially after a late night of party.
It would be better if they have wifi in the rooms instead of only at the lobby as we have smart phones.
Restaurant Tip:
Deliious at Mark residence, 2 buildings away, within 5 mins walking services good cakes and desserts. The pies and pasta were equally good and the ambience is very cosy.

Great value for money considering it is located just across the road from the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. There is extensive renovation going on and it is expected this hotel can only get better after that. There will be direct access to the Convention Centre via an aerobridge once the renovations are complete.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Parking is limited due to the renovations. You can either choose to leave the car with the valet or get a coupon for parking at the convention centre car park across the road. At the moment, this is an inconvenience which hopefully should clear after the renovations.

we stayed during our trip to kl in a superior queen room. the room space was very convenient and large, equipped with a dvd player and a sofa beside the tv to sit down and gaze at the kl city view. the bathroom was also very nice, with a large bathtub, and complete amenities to use. bath robes were also provided, and the towels were very clean and plenty. the location was also great, within walking distance to raja chulan monorail,and close to main area such as bukit bintang and chinatown. the staff performance were excellent, we checked-in & out within seconds of time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
When you go to Bukit Bintang, don't forget to try the local food and hawker there, they offer so many variations to eat instantly or to bring it home as a souvenir

we booked 2 nights here for superior queen room. however, we arrived the hotel in the midnight and to our suprise we got the free upgrade to suite room!!therefore we enjoyed our sweet room (suite room) 2 nights continuously. the room is spacious and the bathroom is big!bed is comfortable.feel like home.the most important thing is the room is clean and well maintained. it is great value of money!buffet breakfast is standard.
