The swimming pool, nice sized room the building site across the road. the location if the Impiana is great, the pool looks over towards the Petronas Towers and the view is just stunning but they're building another hotel right across the road from it so when we were there instead of a nice relaxing time by the pool we were greeted by the sound of drills and overlooked by workmen. I cant fault the hotel in any other way apart from being told we were 'upgraded' to a better room....a deluxe 'twin' not exactly ideal for a honeymooning couple but it was only for one night so we weren't too fussed. The staff are incredibly courteous and the buffet breakfast was absolutely immense. Apart from the construction I cant find anything to fault this hotel and would recommend it for its fantastic location to bars/petronas towers/Suria mall etc
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : the suria mall has every designer store under the sun!

Near to everywhere in KL.very easy to go to interesting places. breakfast quality went down compare to last year when i stay there.Tub in room needs more attention as it is not properly clean very near to major shoping places in KL.it is between KLCC and pavillion shopping mall.from pavillion,we can go to places like times square,imbi plaza,sungai wang and others.many bars around there too and you can get great bargain on happy hours on diferent beers . the room is quiet and the pillow menu is great.but please get rooms that faces the twin tower.if it faces the other side , t will be a ugly construction site of another building.

very large room receptionist not honest - see review below receptionist tricked us saying they 'upgraded' our room, to twins when instead they didnt have any double room (room we booked)!! after we checked in the room and found out - they said too late!!
however the room is nice and clean. except we booked double bed and were given twin beds instead. Overall nice hotel, very clean and close to petronas towers

Great staff, beautiful room, nice rooftop pool entertainment in the bar is poor and noisy cabaret Great hotel, 5min from petronas towers with great staf. Managed to oversleep and leave 2hrs late with no qs asked; and got me cheap taxi to airport
Nightlife Tip : Walk 7mins to Traders hotel for poolside rooftop bar with fantastic views of Petronas Towers

Perfect location.....if you want to be in the heart of KL. Across from KLCC Mall/Twin Towers!
Rooms very modern. Breakfast buffet was large with many choices There is lots of construction going on around the building. That being said, there is lots of construction going on around the "Golden Triangle" so there is no really escaping it. I stayed in the Jr. Suite and it was very large considering the price. It was great value for the money and I would highly recommend this place. I've stayed at many places in KL that were double the price and half the quality.
Staff very friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay.
Rooms were modern and clean.

Big room / Good working airco / Free parking, lots of space / Location very nice, under KLCC / Good service / Friendly personal / Free internet and pretty fast for Malaysia standard / TV with HBO / Nice pool with view over KLCC Area around hotel is noisy due to construction works in front of hotel / View from rooms located on the backside of the hotels is disappointing / Blankets of hotel are too thick / Water Temperature of pool too cold Hotel Impiana KLCC is a very good hotel with a perfect service. The location is absolutely great, being in the middle of Kuala Lumpur, directly in between shopping malls Suria KLCC and Pavilion. If you are travelling in Malaysia by car, Impiana is a good hotel to stay because they have free parking and a good parking lot next to the hotel. There is almost nothing negative about this hotel. Good price / quality ratio!
We booked this hotel without and meals, so I cant say about the quality of the food.. but looking at their restaurant it must have been pretty good.. busy every evening! You don't need any meals from the hotel if you think its too expensive, you can get the best food at almost every corner of the street in Kuala Lumpur.
Shopping Tip : Suria KLCC and Pavilion. Try the food court of pavilion.. very good and cheap food!

Large rooms, large bathrooms, affodable mini bar and laundry also provided free internet, location good. Expensive spa. Old style TV. The rooms were large as with the bathrooms in the delux king,the in room services were affordable (room service, mini bar and laundry) the health spa was quiet expensive for Asia. The hotel staff were all satisfactory in service. I would stay at this hotel again as the value for money was quiet good.

Great location, nice staff, awesome swimming pool, big rooms, Pillow service was not as good as expected. All the pillows were flat.
Toilet took a long time to fill which meant there was a slow and annoying trickling sound for about half an hour after you went to the toilet (closing the bathroom door helped reduce the noise).
Construction noise across the road was annoying.
Walls were thin. Could hear upstairs and next door. Uncool. This hotel was great value for money and situated in a more than agreeable location. The KLCC Twin towers and Pavilion shopping were only 5 minutes walk away which made for great shopping and keep the missus happy.
The rooms were well appointed, but lacked complete privacy with thin walls and ceilings allowing even the faintest noise to pass from next door or upstairs. The sound of feet walking over your head while you sleep or trailer park rocking next door was a little off putting.
Pool was awesome, great relaxing view and perfect to cool off in the morning, afternoon and night heat.
Overall, great hotel and worth a visit.
Shopping Tip : KLCC and Pavilion are only 5 mins walk in either direction as you head out of the hotel.

great location. in walking distance to KL Tower and other main attracions and shopping. a construction of building Hyatt hotel is going in front of Impiana so it's kinda noisy in the morning. I'd choose this hotel for my next visit in KL. great location and food. service is nice.reasonable price.

- Good location. - Construction across the street working almost 24/7.
- Buffet needs reservation, no walk-ins.
- Some people smoke in hallway Stayed at KLCC Impiana for 4 nights for my vacation early Sep.2009. The room is nice and clean, staffs are helpful in showing me directions and telling me the cheaper ways to get around. The hotel is 5 minutes walk (through a short cut from the public parking lot across the street) to KLCC, or 10 minutes walk to Bukit Bintang walk.
However, there is a construction across the street building the new Hyatt hotel, which is on going almost 24/7. The hotel window is thick enough to musk most of the noise, but sometimes it can still be heard if you stay in the room facing the construction site.
The buffet at the hotel restaurant looks great, but you must make reservation 1 day ahead, but I always decide at the last minute, so I never get chance to eat there as they are always full.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : - The blue cab standing by in hotel lobby is expensive, don't use them unless you are in a hurry.
- Ask the hotel lobby for "Star Shuttle" if you are going to AirPort, hotel will help you make reservation, $15rg/person, the cheapest way to get to airport, takes about 1 hour from hotel to KUL.

Location. Just 5 mins walk to Twin towers.. Great room and heaps of choices in buffet breakfast.. Hotel services were good and they kept my luggages even after i checked-out, where i went for some shopping.. Walking distance to bukit bintang shopping area.. I booked the hotel for my self first and then rebooked again for myself and my parents.. They also enjoyed the stay..

Swimming pools, Breakfast and great staffs! Traffic jam just in front of the hotel. This is my 4th time staying at this hotel and as usual a happy customer again.
This hotel swimming pool is really great! It has a wonder view of the twin tower especially at night. Location is great just 5 min walk to the twin towers which is a major shopping area. Lots of car park at the hotel so no worries if you are driving there.
Staff is great! Always smiling and ready to help.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Twin Towers is just 5 min away! That is 5 Level of extreme shopping, moives and many more.

Good rooms, clean, spacious. nothing wrong with it forgettable. I can't remember what it looked like, how the breakfast was etc. Maybe that's a good sign. I would recommend this for business travellers. Good value for money, nothing fancy, just a good hotel. If you look for something more, find another place.
