Updated to deluxe room, when book room full. upgarde to twin bed instead of double bed. no baby cloth (say not enough baby cloth from the service manager). good location, nice room, good sevice. close to kl twin towner, but need a bit of walk to the train station. Near shops and short walk to train stations. Spacious clean room with free internet. Noisy conference room.
Inconvenience light switches in room. I stayed in the hotel to attend a conference. The back of the conference room sounded like it was the central washing area of the hotel with dishes knocking, heavy trolley moving around and all the noise competing against the conference speaker.
Bedroom was large and clean although I had one looking into the multistory car park. I had 2 problems with the room.
1.Not sure which light switch was for what and with the absence of a light console, I had to walk round the room to switch off all the lights.
2.The room safe kept on giving an error message although I could open and lock the safe. I did not dare to use the safe.
Location near KLCC and Bkt Bintang is a plus but there is usually a traffic jam around the hotel from morning to night.
Travel tip : There is construction opposite the hotel and walking to KLCC can be a bit of a problem for now.

Good location for shopping. Nice rooms. Clean. View to twin towers. No sun at pool after 14.00. A lot of noise at pool. A bit to hot in the room and reseption. Nice hotel, but far from 5 star.

rooms are very clean and comfortable, great service, pool is really nice. location is good. spa is gorgeous, breakfast is excellent and served til 10:30a.m gym is a bit on the small size I was travelling alone and felt really comfortable at this hotel. Its within walking distance of all the major shopping malls and right across the road from the Petronas Toweres. Staff were very keen to help and friendly. The buffet style breakfast was fantastic, top hotel
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : tickets to go to the sky-bridge of the Petronas Towers are given out on a first come first served basis, so you need to queue at 8:00am for about an hour in order to get a ticket for that day.....well worth it!

Use of the pool, spa and Gym

Flexibility of leaving time, storage facilities for our luggage Difficult location to obtain taxis and hotel limosine service. Had to wait too long for a taxi to get to the airport. Our stay at the Impiana was very pleasant. We had travelled from Kuantan by self drive hire car and needed a central place before our onward flight back to Australia. The staff were very pleasant and our room was most comfortable. We were especially pleased with the pool, spa and gym on the 4 th floor. This provided us with some gentle excercise before breakfast and showers pror to our days adventures in the city. I was so impressed with this hotel I am rebooking it for my overnight stay in three weeks time on my way over to England. At the price (without breakfast) it provided very good value for money. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a comfortable stay right in the heart of the city!
Restaurant Tip : We found that this hotel was centrally located and very close to many restuarants. However, we were very pleased to notice the close proximity to lots of street cafes/restaurants that offered traditional Malaysian cuisine. For us this was a most important feature as we love Malaysian cuisine cooked in a traditional manner.

Breakfast, location, service,friendliness From the moment we walked in, we loved it. Staff were very friendly, helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was fantastic- didn't need lunch. The service I got at the spa was exceptional. We found the location ideal to get to the trains and where we needed to go. For our first trip to Kuala Lumpur we were not disapointed and would certainly stay there again. It was a great experience and a very relaxing hotel to stay in.

Hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of KL,walking distance from Petrona Towers.Our room was spacious with nice bathroom.Swimming pool had a beautiful view of the Towers.The staff at the reception friendly and helpful.Buffet breakfast had a variety of food ,something for everyone.The buffet dinner was excellent.Our daughter loved the chocolate fountain the best. Noisy outside because of the development accross the road.More seating in the foyer to enjoy live music. As a family,we had enjoyable stay at Impiana KLCC Hotel and Spa.It is very conveniently located in the centre of KL with the Petrona Towers only 5 min walking distance from it.The infinity swimming pool had a beautiful view of the Towers.Our spacious room with king size bed,was on the 5-th floor with a clean batthroom.The linen was nice and clean and pillows comfortable.Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful.Buffet breakfast had variety of food to choose from.The buffet dinner was excellent.Our daughter loved the chocolate fountain the best.All in all very good hotel,value for money and we would definitelly recommend it to our friends.

Central location, large-sized room and excellent breakfast; swimming pool with view to twin towers Pricey in-house spa centre Impiana hotel is situated very strategically in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, very close to Petronas towers and Bukit Bintang shopping area. The deluxe king room we stayed at was spacious and very clean (though the shower floor looked a bit oily). The swimming pool with view to the Twin towers was amazing if you get used to the constructions taking place next to the hotel. Although breakfast was not included in our booking, we decided to have it one day and it was really excellent including almost everything you can imagine (if you book in Impiana,I reccmend you include it). We also had a one-hour body massage the in-house Spa facility. The environment was nice but very pricey compared to what you can get in the spa/reflexology centres in the Bukit Bintang area.

The room is quite perfect; spacious and clean. Hotel is in the walking distance to Aqurium (underground of KLCC) and Suria shopping place. There is various choice for breakfast. Difficult to notice the hotel signage for the first time visitor.

Spacious room, generally friendly and helpful staff. It was good value.The bars and restaurants in the hotels seem to have a great ambience. The pool was also good. Good location if you want to be out if the way of the busy areas but still have good access to them. There is some attention to detail required in cleaning/housekeeping. Some things such as the TV and iron need to be upgraded to reflect other facilities in the room. Noise travel from the floor above and outside, however I only noticed these in the early morning and at no other times. Some staff member could have delivered a better level of service. Impiana is a modern hotel with good facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable.A very large comfortable bed and nice view. Unfortunately there was construction in front of the hotel. The Petronas Towers (Suria KLCC) and Bukit Bintang with the Pavillion KL mall are only a short walk away. There is construction being undertaken across the road at KLCC. We didn't mind this too much. I would recommend this hotel at this price point. It was very good value
Shopping Tip : Both Suria KLCC and the Pavillion are a 5 min walk away. They feature great designer and department stores as well as restaurants. Travelling in July/August is the best time to get excellent bargains.

Good location for looking at a view of the Petronas Towers, a short walk (10 mins) to Bukit Bintang shopping area, Very refreshing swimming pool, big TV with plenty of channels, lobby was beautiful and had a classical 3 piece every night Room looked a bit like an office, smelt of cigarette smoke strongly despite being non smoking, food/bevarages very expensive here (if you want them) Upon check in we were told that they had no double beds, but a twin room was available, which stank of cigarette smoke. We were told we'd be moved if another room became available, which never happened. The room was ok, twin beds were comfy, looked a bit like an office though. Could see the Petronas Towers through the window. I think there are probably other places nearby that offer better value/experience at the same price, and as mentioned the place was OK but there was just nothing special about it that would make me give it a good or bad review!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you go to the Petronas Towers in the morning to get the free "skyview" tickets bear in mind that the tickets are given out for a time slot - we were in the queue at 8.45am and the tickets we were offered wouldn't get us up the tower until after midday. Plan something that you can do in between getting the tickets and actually being allowed in......or just go up the KL tower!

Beautifully appointed, location is excellent, attentive service We had an unexpected stopover at KL (thanks Airasia, actually cancelled our flight without any notification). Just wanted to book a reasonably priced hotel for the night, early start, 2.30 am. The hotel was an oasis for us, they had absolutely everything we could need and went out of their way to help us with early morning transport. We only wished we had longer to stay there. On the way back from Vietnam we have booked Shereton Imperial for 3 nights so it will be interesting to compare standards.
Travel tip : 5 minute walking distance from the Petronas Towers.
