Luxurious, wonderful spa, great pool, fantastic breakfast We had one evening while travelling in KL, hotel was extremely close to the petronas towers (you were practically swimming underneath it in the pool) and was just a great place to relax and all we needed for one night. Greeted with cool towels and a drink, taken to our room. We managed to fit in a swim and a massage before going out for dinner, which the hotel organised (made reservations and booked the taxi) and had a very comfortable stay. We ordered room service breakfast which was great and a taxi was waiting to take us back to the airport in the morning. Good value for money, great location, and a nice luxury while travelling. Wish we could have stayed longer, I could have gotten used to that!

* service was OK
* got a good price (promotion) and use some agoda points
* In front of the Twin Tower (biggest landmark in KL)
* I haven't paid for Ice cubes (commom practice in KL)
* internet was slow
* location is fine, but If u want to go Bukit Bintang u have to walk 5-10 min which is OK if the weather is nice, like it was Although I think it will need some reconstruction work soon (room is already a bit old), the room was huge.
Breakfast is OK, but maybe hotel was fully booked cause I had to wait for a table (and the restaurant is huge)... very cooperative staff, although with malaysian speed (who leaves in Asia knows it).
In general I recommend and for sure I will come back... I am crazy about books and at KLCC complex there is maybe the biggest Kinokuniya bookstore in KL.. I love it! The area has very nice restaurants and bars...
Shopping Tip : KLCC complex has a huge variety of shoppings, bookstores, bar, restaurants and to expend some afternoons at its park just having a beer and reading some magazines/books are the best u can get...

the location good, not far from Petronas.Staff there are nice and smiling. Inside of room inculding to bathroom is nice. the view of this hotel is a bit bad, I got the room which carpark view which made me upset and I shuld close curtain all day. In case of you need the hotel which is in the city and near the tourist attacktion. you should sellect this hotel.
Shopping Tip : Near the hotel, you can go for sigtseeing to Petronas by walk it's the best way. No need to pay for taxi because they will charge you for 10-15 RM too expensive. And the other side not too far you can also walk to Pavillion to shopping. But I perfer Surius under Petronas, all goods there is cheaper

friendly staff construction work around hotel
area around hotel very congested i stayed at three other hotels in malaysia before this so i had a good idea of what i was looking for in a hotel.the room itself was smaller than other hotels at the same price but well furnished.the breakfast was wonderful but the seating was very congested.very close to petronas towers and 20mins walk from bukit bintang.very congested but then again im a bit of a reclusive person!

free internet, wide selection of breakfast buffet Excellent hotel with inexpensive room charge,free internet connection, clean room and nice breakfast buffet. I am especially impressed by the staffs' very attentive care for a loss of my credit card at the airport. I will definitely return for the next visit.

The hotel is very close to KLCC and all the shopping spots. There was a slight mix-up with our booking. We asked for a double bed and was given 2 single beds. It was only 7 mins walk to Pavilion. One of the spanking new malls in KL. Must visit! The food court there allows you to sample all the local food minus the bad hygiene. As mentioned before we were given 2 single beds instead of a double bed. However, they DID UPGRADE us to the top floor's room with double volume height. It felt like our personal loft! Would definitely return to Impiana but will ring up before hand to reconfirm our booking.

great central location to KLCC and Bukit Bintang. The staff in this hotel were all so friendly and helpful. Very happy to show you best way to get somewhere and had good knowledge of tourist areas. We were very impressed.
Great atmosphere within the hotel lobby with live jazz in one area, also a fun cover band in the bar area til early morning hours.
King room was very spacious with nice modern and clean bedding.
Buffet breakfast had a great selection of fresh foods hot and cold. We didn't have any problems at all with the hotel. Location, location, location- The location was fantastic, a really short walk to KLCC, 10minute walk to Bukit Bintang where we spent so much time doing great shopping. The staff in this hotel were all so friendly and helpful. Very happy to show you best way to get somewhere and had good knowledge of tourist areas. We were very impressed.

Great food outside here and even in the food court too. Highly recommend trying some new and different foods. We just loved almost all the food we had on our trip to Malaysia.

Great location near to shopping malls and petronas towers. Attentive staff who were usually
very helpful Not a huge selection of western foods for breakfast but sufficient. With 3 adults in the room the extra bed was inadequate Very impressive foyer and extremely clean hotel. Staff were very eager to help in regards to day trips sometimes stating that it would be cheaper to take a taxi. Great location for many of the city's shopping malls within easy walking distance. Found the system of having to put your room key into the lift a bit bothersome at times. Overall very enjoyable stay.

Great location to shoppping areas, public transport and KLCC. Nice quiet rooms. Value for money. No room views (a very minor con) We were impressed with this hotel. Staff were very helpful and the hotel was located within walking distance to KLCC (5 min) and Bukit Bintang (5min). The swimming pool had a perfect view of the KLCC twin towers which was a very nice touch (stunning!). Unfortunately our room overlooked a building being constructed which meant we had to keep the curtains pulled for some privacy. This was not a big deal as there was no noise issue (rooms seem noise buffered) and I would definately recommend this hotel. Good value!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is a nice park hidden just behind the convention centre across the road from the hotel.

The service was great. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Meal service fantastic. Proximity to landmark KL sites was very good. Close to KLCC. Cost of internet access through hotel computers very high in comparison to other hotels. Very efficient staff at all times of day and night. They were helpful and friendly. Rooms were very well appointed and had everything needed. Food and dining was exemplary. The close proximity to the Petronas Towers and Convention Centre was great. The 'live music' in the foyer was very well received and we often stopped to listen and appreciate.
Shopping Tip : Close to China town markets and Petronas Towers shopping complex and park

The location was the best we could expect as it was just opposite the road to KLCC - where we had the conference for 5 days!. The Room was neat & clean & very comfortable. The staff was helpful in guiding us about some sight seeing points. The live music being played in the evenings was extremely good & soothing. A good stay.

The hotel looks fine from outside with simple design, the pool is very nice and deluxe room is great Hotel does not have free sauna or steam room, bumped Good location, nice breakfast and friendly staff
