i enjoy the hotel location and the spa facilities.
easy access to shopping center i.e. Suria KLCC shopping center, Bukit Bintang, Pavilion and Times square. in the middle of the city. friendly and assisting staffs. free internet access. modern room facilities.overall i satisfied with the hotel and value for money.

Great spa and swimming pool with fantastic views of the Twin Towers. Bathroom plumbing could do with some attention - my shower took a long time to drain. The staff were all very friendly and helpful - check-in and check-out fast and efficient. The location is in a slighly quieter area of KL, away from the main shopping and tourist areas, but it is handy to both monorail and metro. I loved the wooden floors in the room, but thought it was a pity the people in the room above me didn't wear the slippers provided!
Restaurant Tip : Great food court in the Suria shopping centre under the Twin Towers, 5 minute walk up the road.

you must take pictures of twin tower from the swimming pool, cos it may be the best place.
Yes, they are very near the hotel , but next to them, there are too many tall buildings and construction sites, so you can only see the upper half.
klcc is a good place to have dinner and shopping, and taking the underground railway.
the hotel is Ok, But
all the windows of all the rooms can not be open!!
I got the reason from a door man" if they can open the window, some one will jump out of it."
Shopping Tip : no store around, you can only go to klcc

This hotel has truly great service.staff every where to look after and pamper you..rooms perfect and great layout..lift system good security and swimming pool access well thought out.all in all i would stay at this hotel again on my next trip to malaysia...also had their limo to airport which was good and fast..50 minutes..

Nice hotel, clean, hotel upgraded our room. Some of the gym equiptment wasnt in working order, second stay our room wasnt ready at gone 6.30pm. shower didnt work. I would possibly consider staying there again BUT with the amount of hotels in that area i would try a different hotel and see if they offer me better service.The hotel dosent have internet facilities if you dont take you own laptop. Nice pool but alot a construction going on around the hotel so all we could hear was drilling etc.

Easy access from the highway - Big and clean rooms - Freindly staff - Complimentary parking - 5 min walking distance from entertainment and Petronas tower - Nice breakfast We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and pretty big. We asked for a second bed and even with it we had plenty of space to walk around. The morning breakfast had plenty of choice and pretty tasty. I liked the fact that the hotel was not too far from the highway and somehow easy access (for some reason, I usually get lost trying to find my hotel in KL). The hotel was also 5 minutes walk from the bars and petronas tower and about 15 min walk from the shopping street. Though, the hotel seem to be providing complementary shuttle. We will definively go back again.

Nice clean adequate sized room, nice bathroom, good service overall good value and located right in the golden triangle parking is quite tight.. difficult for big cars to maneuver especially moving through the levels Impiana KLCC is a great hotel for its price. provides all the necessary comfort and luxury needed in a 5 star hotel but at quite a decent price. Its close proximity to the petronas towers is another bonus as you are close to the all the major retail outlets in KL .. overall an excellent hotel

Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast/dinner/lunch. Well appointed rooms. Very pleasant decor.Very attentive staff. Phone service is below average. My folks from USA had poor phone connection and difficulty in reaching me in the room. The welcome with fragrant tea and moist towels was a pleasant surprise at the chck in desk. The check in staff and conceirge were extremely helpful in planning my sigh seeing excursions. The room was very well appointed and cleaned promptly. the laundray service was very efficient. Buffet dinner had variety of entrees and gorgeous view of Petronas Towers at night. My stay was very pleasant and worth lot more than the price I paid.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The City tour bus stop is across the street from the hotel. The bus tours all the important places in the city that you can hop & off for 38R which is the best value.

- Pool with great view of the Petronas Towers
- Good entertainment
- Clean - Room could be a bit bigger
- Lots of building work around (new Hyatt hotel) We loved our stay here. You will not notice the building work in your room. However you can aobserve the building work whilst swimming in the pool. However turn your head in another direction and from the pool you get almost full view of the Petronas towers. Very nice by night. The view is that good that a lot of wedding couples come down there to have photos taken.
I would come here again.
Restaurant Tip : Go to the nearby Pavilion. Its food court is the biggest I have seen in KL.

First stay there we great, upgraded our room for free good service etc. pillow service can choose between 10 different pillows Better service,more mainitence. access to internet would be good.The resturant was not open whle we were there so that was dissapointing. We stayed there for another night about a week after our first stay as we were in Transit and we checked in at 6.30. only one of our rooms were ready at 6.30PM!!!! we had dinner reservations and had a taxi picking us up at 7.30. so 4 people i use one room and to top it off the shower didnt work and maintenence took 45mins to come so none of us had time too shower after a flight before dinner.The sink wouldnt empty as the plug was jammed. I ordered food pool side a very simple dish to snack on and i waited 45MINS still nothing so i asked the staff and he said 10 minutes another 45mins later nothing had come i was not happy!!!! so our second stay there was terrible!

The location and service. The cleanliness of the hotel and smiling service. It was very clean, proper. the service was great. had a great time staying over in the hotel. Very accessible from many places.
Shopping Tip : Check out the other areas, it is very accessible to shopping places like the pavilion or KLcc tower

walkable distance to towers, tours are available from the hotel desk, indian restaurant is at a walkable distance. bit costly when compared to the facilities
Soap and shower needs to be checked, because they may cause irritation.. i dont know the reason but we had to apply some face lotions to get out of that, anyways next we purchased our own soap.
apart from these the hotel is very good. We were on a honeymoon to this hotel.. it suited our requirement.. i greatly recommend the hotel if you can spend some good fortune money...
Restaurant Tip : we were basically vegetarian who cannot live without indian food..we got an indian restaurant rekha near by that served our purpose..it is just besides hsbc bank. Go for it if you are looking for indian food.

it's near to KLCC (in walking distance). Hotel staff is very helpful. Low floor view has nothing to see, but construction. The shower should be separated from the tube. In general, the hotel offers a good service in all aspects. The smell in the hotel is like the spa smell. It would be great if the smell is stronger. The location is very near to KLCC. You can walk there in 10 min. The breakfast is acceptable. It has a variety of foods, with average taste. At first, it said that it provided wifi in the room, but finally they provided a cable for me to connect instead.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : just walk to KLCC, no need for taxi.

Not much to do in immediate vicinity The location is five minutes walk from shopping malls under Petronas Towers and Pavilion on Bintang Walk. The pool has a nice view of the towers. There are few shops or attractions near the hotel. There are building sites on two sides of the hotel with bit of noise in the day.

Location of the Hotel - close to everything and transport. Pool is provides a great view of the twin towers.
Heaps of places to eat are close by. This is our second visit to the hotel and have enjoyed both times. The rooms are of a good size with the facilities you expect within a good hotel. The food is great at this place. Although there are loads of restaurants close by, we still ate one meal a day in the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The 'Hop On Hop Off Bus' service has a stop right opposite the hotel.
