The location was the best we could expect as it was just opposite the road to KLCC - where we had the conference for 5 days!. The Room was neat & clean & very comfortable. The staff was helpful in guiding us about some sight seeing points. The live music being played in the evenings was extremely good & soothing. A good stay.
Nightlife Tip : good pubs nearby

Sorry ... just don't see any
We were happy to see that it was only 3 min walk to Pretorians Towers and close to every thing. Nice and big room with lovely view on Towers and even you can enjoy that view from swimming pool. Breakfast is really good. Menu in Room service was delicious and reasonably priced.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : actually everything is soooo close that restaurants, sopping, nightlife are all 2 min walk.

Amazing friendly and hospitable Concierge and staff. Location cant be beat right across from Petronas Towers, park, KLCC (meets all your shopping neds) resto's, other malls, and convention ctr.
only complaint had to buy my own adapter for my phone and computer.
Impiana is a beautifully appointed hotel in the heart of KL. I couldnt have asked for a better location or more friendly and helpful staff! The invisible edge pool on the 4th floor faces the Petronas Towers...very beautiful! THe buffet breakfast was amazing and had soething for everyone of all cultures. 5-star standard. Also a fingers tip away from myriad great shopping and resto's and attractions. With a little one and a stroller we were able to get around on foot and taxi. I am looking forward to going back because 95% percent of the people were so friendly and spoke english. I would like to see other sites and take the train around.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : I enjoyed the KL Towers but my young Son really enjoyed the little zoo ground level. Had our pics taken with snake and little golden dragon! Also, the park at KLCC has amazing playground and ponds and path, great respite from the city.

1. Situated at a very convenient location,
2. Reasonably near LRT Station, Malls, shops.
3. Internet services are free.
The check-in/out times are not as per international norms of 12 Noon check-in/out, though the hotel gave me room as soon as I arrived at about 1000 hrs.
The Hotel is situated at a very convenient location, just opposite KLCC. It is reasonably near a LRT Station, Mall, shopping area. The rooms are nice and the furniture cosy. Internet services are free, which is a big plus for business travellers. The hotel is ideal for business travellers. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Petronas Towers

Nicely decorated room. Great views of the Petronas Towers (must request). Excellent breakfast.
A bit farther from the KLRT than it would seem. Mini-bar kind of expensive.
Solid hotel in KL for business or pleasure. Nicely furnished rooms with big desks. Great views of the Petronas Towers. Terrific breakfast buffet with roti, omelettes, and a selection of western and asian foods. If you get a good price, it's a good place to stay.
Travel tip : the KL tour bus stops right across the street at the KL Convention Center, but I wouldn't recommend it.

close to KLCC, nice pool and spa, good food and friendly employees
worksite across the street, noisy while in swimming pool
close to KLCC, nice pool and spa, good food and friendly employees. All of them allways prepared to have a conversation and advise you for your plannings. The Spa is good also, several kind of treatments posssible at a fair price. Good restaurant, nice, cheap and quick lunches. We are looking back on a very well organised vacation also due to this hotel, even roomservice in the middle of the night, not a problem! keep on smiling

Pool. Located near the Petronas Towers.
Staff with appalling attitudes. Cleanliness. Ineptness.
We stayed for one night at the end of our honeymoon. Checking in late we queued behind several other people and waited while we overheard them receiving explanations of breakfast/pool/facilities etc.
We check in and merely get "Tenth floor!". The surly, inconsistent nature of the staff was shocking and immediately put us off the hotel.
Unlike other hotels during our honeymoon, there were no flowers/cake /upgrades/messages of congratulations. The service was substandard, honeymoon or not and quite a shocking contrast to staff in other Malaysian hotels we had stayed in where hospitality and service was exemplary.
The 'deluxe' room was reasonable, not spotlessly clean and the 'kingsize' bed had the legs of my 5' 7" frame dangling over the edge of the bed.
Unpleasant staff are the downfall of this place...despite it's good location, we will never return. It put a real damper on the end of a great honeymoon in Malaysia.
Unfortunately we left a wallet in the hotel safe and the hotel suggested sending it in a taxi too the airport. at the last minute they changed their minds, instead choosing to send it to our country by DHL, which they said they would do immediately (it contained important documents). After a string of inept emails they managed to send it 10 days later at great expense on our part.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : It's within a few minutes walk of the Petronas Towers and mall - run for your life from this hotel and find something better to do.

Great location sandwiched between The Pavilion and KLCC (ten minute walk to each of the destinations). If you are on food/shopping trip, you can’t find a hotel with better location.
Limited facilities such as restaurants (one restaurant, where you take your breakfast). Breakfast buffet could be better. Having a cigar room next to the lobby is not ideal. The bar is inconspicuous.
– If you are on a short stay or looking for a non-frill hotel, this one will suit you fine. The rates are good. The staff are consistently friendly (stayed at the hotel twice) and check in is hassle free. To be served with a cold drink and towel on arrival is a nice touch (not even practised in some five star hotels).
Travel tip : There are good shopping opportunities around the hotel. Both The Pavilion and KLCC have plenty of boutiques/shops and cafes/restaurants to satisfy your shopping and culinary inclinations.

A great location for the towers. A pillow Menu is a nice touch. Breakfast choice here is vast, so allow plenty of time and arrive hungry to sample all the delicious dishes on offer.
Makes sure your beakfast is included in the deal otherwise it's expensive, with good reason - it really is a feast, but at a cost. Internet only works in the lobby which is a bit annoying. Not sure how the spa part of this hotel opperates and did not use it. I found little or no information on what equipment it has, what treatments are avalible at an extra cost (if any)or whats included in your room fee. House Keeping will wake you up early if you do not put the Do Not Disturb sign on your door.
Impiana Hotel is always a delight to stay. It offers a great location for the towers. Security is very good, decreet but clearly active. A pillow Menu is a nice touch. Restaurant Tip : A lot of restaurants here serve "Sting Ray" which (in my experience) is not very common anywhere else. You should try this, with it's melt in the mouth texture, boneless flesh and great flavour, even those that tend to shy away from fish will find this dish delicious.

Location gives you the best of both worlds as it is next to KLCC and also very close distance to Pavillion and bukit Bintang Area.
Staff are very friendly, and the rooms are great for the price I paid.
The parking is limited and very small drive Way. be careful so as not to scrathch you car while navigating the car park area. If you are driving, forget driving after office hours. There are just to many cars on the road.
I spent 11 days in Impiana KLCC, I am most happy with the location, the price I got from agoda. Around 6Pm I go for my exercise and I walk to the nearby KLCC Park which has its own jogging track and drinking water areas . The park is magnificent, you have the best of both worlds of being in the city and close to nature at the same time. In the evening, there is food and drinks everywhere. From foods stalls, to food court, to cafes and restaurants as well as drinking holes/bars like the beach club and so on. although traffic is an issue after office hours, I prefer to walk as i find walking a very pleasant experience in that area.
Shopping Tip : Computers are cheap in Malaysia . Go to Low Yat Plaza. You should find everything you need.

The location is excellent, the customer service from the reception till the room service is superb, the room is reasonably above average.
A good location but no one seem to know where it is.
I would definitely stay here each time when I visit Kuala Lumpur. Though it was a difficult find to reach the hotel and the aurrounding constructions, overall I have a very excellent stay in the hotel. The swimming pool is beautiful and the room is definitely a 4-stars standard. They have 8 different kinds of pillows to choose from!

comfortable rooms, safe though sterile surroundings, free internet in rooms
Some hotels have a policy of giving internet clients the least desirable rooms and the Impiana did. That being said, the room is itself was fine, comfortable and well maintained. The view was of a parking garage. The Impiana's breakfast was good enough, no more or less crowded than most other hotels of its class. There were the standard problems with English. The staff is fluent enough to understand basic questions but don't try to get too involved. They are helpful and courteous when they do grasp what it is that you want so you need to show some patience in this regard. The Impiana has free internet access in the rooms- much appreciated. Everything is low key and professionally run.
Hotel Feature Tip : There's a real problem with Malaysian taxis. The drivers refuse to use their meters because their official rates are set too low. Some of them try to overcharge you but it's no picnic for them either.

Clean rooms, great service, good location, nice ambience with a aromatic frangrance upon entering the hotel!
some construction work nearby which can be seen clearly from 1 side of the hotel...
This is a great hotel that is situated in a very good location that is close to KLCC, and many dining and entertaining nite-spots. Also, it is close to most major shopping centres and travelling within all these locations are not expensive even on taxis! The hotel are nicely kept and well maintained and rooms are clean, with very comfortable beds and pillows! All-in- all, it is well worth the money spent!
