As a participant of a congress in the Congress Centre nearby, several boxes with congress material were sent to me ahead of time. I had to bring the material to the Congress Centre and was helped by the concierge without problems which I appreciated very much.

I booked a non-smoking room, hotel gave me a smoking room when I arrived, although there is no bad smell, i feel little bit unhappy.

One thing which I did not like was that they took an imprint of my credit card at check in which is standard but they actually charge 200 Ringets to the card and then credit it a week later if not used. This to me is not acceptable but I had no choice but to accept their actions and now wait and hope that they do credit my card.

You have to pass by Crowne Plaza Hotel thru the backside, (long escalators) if you wanna go to the Monorail station of Rajah Pulan. From KL central station ride the monorail and stop at the Rajah Pulan and pass thru crowne Plaza hotel and you get to the Impiana Hotel
- Travel tip : You can walk from the hotel to the Sung Wei Mall, just follow the monorail track... You can buy good stuff at knock-off prices. Or just go to the petronas at Suria KLCC mall for much the "branded items"

When you book, pay a little bit more to get a deluxe room overlooking the twin Towers.

Very dissappointed with the reaction to the noise and the fact that we needed twin room. I was due to be charged for extra room, but after threatening to leave the hotel, we were soon upgraded to twin. After this I would be very reluctant to recommend you to anyone else after being a loyal customer for so many years.
The hotel made up in some ways with the excellent due care of the staff. If we had not had the issue with the room this would have been a most enjoyable stay.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Be aware that the hotel is very reluctant to help out when needing different room... Make sure you have booked the correct room in advance. Don't use superior room - construction site outside. Look for other hotels before booking here.
