Lovely hotel with comfort

the stay was great and pleasant. impressed with the layout of the room, which is spacious and particularly the bed which is very comfortable.
customer service can be improved. not satisfied with the service provided by from front desk, reception. she should be trained to be more polite and helpful when serving customers. most of the staffs are well-trained though.

pay for 3 star,but hotel hospitality is worth 5 star, defiantly will come back for this hotel again,best hotel and worth for the money you pay.

Fantastic hotel, great location, breakfast a must
MRT accross road, Our room was newly refurbished

our room was only refurbished in the last month so everything was very, very nice. king bed was huge!! wide selection of food for breakfast. location near klcc, better still mrt is across the road to go elsewhere.
i've stayed many others, this is best value & location

reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel

Hotel staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We had problems with the power points in the room and they promptly sent a guy up to see to it. Breakfast was the usual fare. Do note that internet for lead in category rooms are chargeable per device.
