strategic location and fantastic food.

strategically located in high street of kuala lumpur. walking distance to petronas twin towers and the exclusive shopping mall. food is great with plenty of choices from south american to japanese. feels perfectly safe to walk around at any time of day or night. rooms large and clean. hotel staff very helpful and polite.

walking distance to premier shoppings.

The hotel is situated within a few minutes walk to the twim tower and has a shuttle bus service to the city centre. The room internal decoration appears to be getting old,the TV needs to be upgraded to a flat screen, but nevertheless the room is comfortable.

(1) outstanding service across the board, from bellhop to waitstaff to housekeeping. very impressed!
(2) offers the best breakfast buffet in kl i have experienced (compared with maya, mandarin oriental, grand millenium, others)
(3) good location - across street from ampang park train station, walking distance to klcc
(4) free shuttle to bukit bintang area
Hotel Feature Tip:
sometimes Nikko offers a good discount if staying multiple nights, if so, well worth the cost!

lovely hotel with all amenities clean and functional. the hotel resides in a district that contains embassies so it is not close to shopping or the markets. however it is close to the petronas towers and the klcc.

We had an enjoyable stay at hotel nikko. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Location is good, down the road from the petronas towers. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was great.

Lovely hotel close to the action.
Great proximity within walking distance of many attractions. Close to train, bus and monorail transport.

The staff were great and eager to help. The foyer was fantastic and the rooms well equipped and quite spacious. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Don't wear gold duty during your stay in KL. I was robbed during one of my visits to a shopping centre. See the concierge about the best way to move from attraction to attraction.They have the local knowledge.

The hotel was great!. Room was huge and very clean. Perfect location, within walking distance to most everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again. I really like free shuttles to KLCC and KL plaza. Raymond, the driver, is exceptional helpful and friendly.

Great welcome in luxurious surroundings
The hotel is 5 minutes walk to the Petronas Towers and the station is directly across the road

in spite of confusion over our booking (through agoda) the reception staff made us very welcome and sorted out our problems with the minimum of fuss. the public areas and the rooms are large and luxurious and the breakfast was fresh and varied.
the concierge gave us lots of helpful advice - and also told us one of the malaysian princes chose this hotel when in kl. the red carpet and group of body guards confirmed this.
the hotel is in a perfect position for exploring kl - just a short walk to the petronas towers, the station with train around the city directly across the road and a huge branch of citibank for currency changes right next door.
the pool was large and clean but work in the adjacent buildings made it quite noisy.
