It was my first time to stay at the Nikko Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
I usually stay at Hilton Hotel or Mandarin KLCC but Agoda provided a very attractive price for Nikko Hotel this week.
The offer included breakfast and it was quite nice.
Since I travelled around KL and PJ, I needed taxi all the time. Another good thing about the hotel was that I did not need to wait for taxi but couple of them were often available. For KLIA, the taxi driver charged R80 and the hotel was considerably provided a record card about the taxi.
Restaurant Tip:
The food at the Nikko Hotel was nice and price was reasonable low.

Great Hotel in a Great Location
High quality staff, 5 mins walk to Petronas, nice pool area
9.7
Very enjoyable stay in the hotel that had everything you'd expect in a Nikko hotel. The staff were very helpful and very professional. The rooms were perfectly decent and everything was in order. The location of the hotel was very central with bars and restaurants very near. Also the Bukit Bintang (sp?) area (bar area) is within 10 mins by cab.
Travel tip:
Plan any trip by car as the traffic can be a real nightmare. One road closure at midnight turned a 10 minute journey into a 70 min one.

Excellent hotel - very good stay
Large Room, Friendly Staff
8.7
hotel nikko is very well located just a short walk from klcc. the room was large, very clean and well specified. breakfast was average, with relatively limited selections in comparison with other similar hotels. the only problem is that hotel still allows smoking in common areas.
Restaurant Tip:
Nasi kandar place down the road is excellent.

For my short stay over 2 nights and three days, the Nikko represents great value for money. Their breakfast menu is simply amazing, and would definitely go back to this hotel in the future.

Enjoyable stay. Highly recommend
Comfortable room Good buffet breakfast Pleasant staff
9.3
Arrived after midnight so were pleased with the quick and efficient check-in and delighted to be upgraded to a Premier room. The room was very spacious and very quiet with a really comfortable bed and lovely roomy bathroom.
The reception and lobby area was very impressive and looked particularly attractive during our stay as it was decorated for Christmas.
The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of hot and cold choices and the staff were friendly and obliging.
We would definitely book the Nikko again.

Good location and good service
shuttle service to KLCC and Shopping Malls
8
We stayed this hotel for four nights. Good location near KLCC and the LRT station is only 100 meter away. There is a small shopping mall nearby and you can find most of the stuffs there. The hotel provides free shuttle to KLCC and the main shopping area, and it is really convenient for us since there is no direct subway to main shopping area. However, the room service seems to be slow, normally the room won't be cleaned until 3 or 4 p.m. The breakfast is fine with varieties, but we still feel boring after the third day. We think it is a good four-star hotel, not five stars.
