the hotel is at good place,5 minuts by walk to KLCC while takeing around 40 mins with abt.RM110.00 from KLIA.The price from Agoda is valuable in view of staying 5 star hotel. Hotel should add more fruit for breakfast. However, the buffet looks quite perfect.

I arrived late at night and was given a smoking room. When I asked for a non-smoking room it took over 30 mins to be taken to another room and the room I was taken to had faulty electricity so the lights wouldn't go on. Once I finally got into a room, it was fine. I felt the receptionist was inept in handling this situation and was not apologetic at all although the porter was. The staff had a lot of useful information about KL which was very helpful.

I travel a lot and this is without question the friendliest hotel I can remember. I cannot say enough good things about the courteous service and friendliness of the staff. The LRT station is directly across the road and an easy 5 minute stroll from KLCC. The hotel is clean and well maintained, which can sometimes be unusual in Malaysia. Basically, everything you'd normally expect from a Nikko hotel.

Nikko hotel KL review
Hotel location is great and the food is very good.

The room is very neat and clean. Stuffs are very helpful and polite. Restaurants quality is very high and foods taste very good. Very closed to klcc one of the famous shopping area in KL. Hotel surroundings have a few happening night spot. One more thing they do charge rm8 daily for parking.
Shopping Tip:
Walk better than taking cab. Avoid the heavy traffic

Very convenient location (close to most central KL attractions and half a block from the metro) and excellent service plus very competitive pricing (but this is common in KL), furthermore I was upgraded to a superior room. Overall an excellent choice and highly recommended.

The hotel is close to the twin towers.
The hotel has a good high standard, and it is recommended for business and vacation, but not for children. The room service (food) could be better.
