On the whole reasonable to stay at but after having stayed also at the Westin (next door) November last year, I would choose the Westin over the Marriott if it was a choice between the two.

This hotel doesnot allow to bring your children to the executive lounge. If you check out, make sure you have checked your invoice, because this hotel makes a lot of mistakes with the invoice. Cleaning the rooms is usually done between 2-4 pm.
The hotel is called the JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur, but don't get fooled it's not Marriott management, but YTL.
- Hotel Feature Tip : The Mandarin Oriental, The Shangri-la or the Renaissance in Kuala Lumpur are way better options only the location is not as good.

Highly recommended. We were upgraded aftera simple request and with no bother to a high floor with great views.Very quiet inside. Speedy lifts.Prompt room service at any time. Very thorough room cleanliness and maid service with daily sheet change, fresh fruit,nightly turndown and tidy up.
Comprehensive and spacious gymnasium, steam room-sauna and large outdoor pool in pleasant surroundings.
All in all a world class facility.
- Restaurant Tip : You must try out the Japanese style buffet. Its huge with all you could wish for at very reasonable prices.
