Much attention payed by the hotel to the earth environment. The hotel says it is paying much attention to the earth environment, and it is trying to save energy, excluding redundant services such as needless washing of linen/towel, extravagant room amenities (toothbrush, etc.),yet service was not bad. Though it is not necessarily clear how effective it is, but that kind of activity must surely be a first step.

Convenient location, free in-room wi-fi, good breakfast, courteous staff. Insufficient room amenities, room furniture getting old and worn-out. The hotel is located conveniently at the centre of the famed shopping district of Jalan Bintang with StarHill Gallery and Pavillion S.C. situated next door and across the road respectively. Unlike many 5-star hotels, it has complimentary wi-fi for all the rooms which is a plus for business travelers. Breakfast is quite good next to the swimming pool. The hotel staff are courteous and helpful. But the bathroom amenities are insufficient without toothbrush and comb available. Furthermore, the room furniture is old and worn-out and might need replacement soon.
Shopping Tip : Renowned shopping centres like StarHill Gallery and Pavillion S.C. is just next to and across the hotel respectively.
