The hotel provides excellent service and the amenities in the room are good. The hotel is centrally located right at the heart of the shopping area. Lots of eateries around the hotel with all the possible local dishes easily available.

Just walk out from the hotel and you will be greeted with huge malls and lots of shopping and food. Excellent for family, couple,friends,business.

Great location, great room
Location couldnt be any better. Rooms are still very well maintained even though the hotel is not the newest on the strip

We've stayed at the Marriott in KL many times and it never fails to please. Rooms are well appointed. Location is top notch - just across the road from Pavilion KL.

we spent 5 days here, very relaxing, location was great near to all shopping malls, nightlife, food and the petrona towers are a 15 min walk very easy.
room was cleaned at least once a day and freshened up before your sleep, kept you in free water all day, room size was very good, nice bathroom everything you can wish for in a hotel.
great spa and gym jacuzzi steam etc.
tennis court and good coach there too.
they bring you water and apple by the pool when you arrive.
so attentive.
would stay time and time again if i could afford it...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
watch out for local taxi drivers, make sure they put it on a meter as they are very likley to con you, far more dodgy taxis than good, the worse ones are outside the shopping malls. they will try to overcharge or fix an overpriced price so be aware

Charming hotel at a great location

JW Marriott is a charming hotel at a great location with good service.
The hotel is very accommodating to meet the customers' requests.
I have my room changed to one with a King-sized bed on Day 2 of our stay.
Also, the hotel allowed us late check-out upon our request.
All in all, the hotel is a great place to stay either for business or vacation.
Nightlife Tip:
Try out the Pulse at Grand Millennium Hotel just across the road. Great place to unwind.

i had a great experience with this hotel. staff service was world class. the hotel attached to fantastic restaurants, shopping centres and right in the heart of kl, just a couple of minutes walks to the main mall and the famous jalan alor food street of kuala lumpur.
it's definitely my choice of hotel for my next trip to kl.
