i have stayed in jw marriott 5 years in a row in all my holidays in summer whether alone or with family.
the best thing is the welcome warm reception, the huge spacios lobby, the clean big rooms, and most of all the good location to everywhere in the capital

Tips for travellers , when you stay in Marriott know you are always welcome from the bellboy to the manager, everyone is so welcoming to every guest who comes

the service is beyond excellent from the moment you step out of your cab, to the bell boy taking your luggage, to the registration desk that checks you in. our room requests were all met accurately. the concierge was extremely helpful and helped us with all of our dinner reservations. prompt taxi service was called upon when we requested it. the staff was amazingly sweet and professional. everyone was constantly smiling and being very welcoming. they really know how to make everyone feel like a king/queen in this hotel.
the rooms were extremely clean with neutral color tones. all the amenities in the room were fabulous from bath robes, room slippers, bathroom amenities, bar options, etc.

Great location but small rooms and bed mites.
Security card for lifts to every room floors.

car park has bad ventilation and dark lift lobby from basement 4 as i drove myself.
check in was slow as they were understaffed.old fashioned pool and sun deck.
comparing all run down 5 star hotel,i would still choose ritz carlton as pool & room still has that 5 star feel.service staffs are trained to be 5 star too!
overall jw is not value for money.
Restaurant Tip:
My favorite is still Angus Steak house in Starhill .

Great hotel with friendly staffs. Rooms were in high standards. Location is good for shopping, it is just across pavilion.
I would recommend people to stay in this hotel. Good value for money.

We stayed in JW Marriott KL over the weekend. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The deluxe room is spacious enough for couple. The room is well design with comfatable bed and nice & big toilets. Perfect location for business travelers or shoppers! The cons will be they charge high price for wireless internet, hope they will provide free wifi soon.

Link to Starhill Gallery Shopping Mall and opposite to Pavillion Mall and surrounded by an abundance of other shops and restaurants!

it is ok, warm service. but a bit wor out by now. u have to register as member to use free wifi service. but the connection is in the room so connection is very good. i guess if not for location, u can have better choice for the same money.

Great experience at check in. Forgot my credit card with a new trainee and she came up to deliver it immediately. We were given access to the spa as the room was being prepared. Its so central to shopping and eateries that we were able to try a wide variety of cuisines. Its difficult to walk around at our age so being so close to places we like was a bonus. The maid who helped on our floor must be tired as she was the only one working. In season the Executive Lounge was a boon as the people are truly skilled in creating a great atmosphere. Breakfast needs upgrade.
