good hotel located in a very central of kl
Great location, near a lot of shopping malls, restaurants and bar cafe, staff are very friendly and helpful

the hotel location is a great advantage, it's located right in the kl center, new pavillion shopping mall is right in the opposite, other shopping malls such as low yat electronic shopping plaza, time square are in 10' walk.
hotel room are quite small but well decorated and neatly. i booked via agoda and was alocated in an executive room in the 26th floor but the room view is not very good from this side. adsl cable is complimentary.
hotel staff is very friendly and cheerful. breakfast is not inclusive in the room rate, many kind of cheese is available but you have to "ask" for serving by kitchen staff (ridiculous?).
Restaurant Tip:
You can find a variety of Western and Asian foods in the hotel restaurants or in the food court under the basements of Pavillion shopping mall and many places nearby. Hotel gymnasyum are adequately equipped with exercise machines.

JW Marriott is centrally located in bukit bintang and is just across the street from the famous pavillion mall. The check in was fast, all assistance was provided as requested. The only part i didnt like was that the room is a non smoking room but still had the smell of a smoking room. good value for money and would definetly recommend it.

the marriott hotel have free internet access.the room is big with many tv channels.the staffs are friendly with both english & chinese newspapers.the location of the hotel is very close to many shopping centers like 'the pavilion",lot 10 & sungei wang etc.the hotel also have many restaurants for your personal taste.
Shopping Tip:
the pavilion which is situated across the road is one of the newest shopping center in kl.
