The hotel is a fantastic one, with its location very strategic in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It is surrounded with great shopping area so this made the stay even better as there are lots of things to see and do out of the hotel. The hotel in itself has all the amenities that one would require for a pleasant stay. The check-in process on this occasion however was very much to be desired as I believe the front desk was under-manned and I had to wait at least about 20 minutes before I was attended to.
Restaurant Tip:
Opposite the hotel is a shopping mall called Pavilion and at the basement floor, one would find a great food court with a variety of choices for ones taste-buds. The prices are also reasonable but if one wants to eat out of the hotel, this would be a good, clean place to visit for a meal or two. The Chinese and Japanese delicacies are attractions.

i have a wonderful stay there. upon arrival, i was welcomed, made to feel at home and escorted to my room which was stunning. i will be staying here in future travels to kl. there are great malls in the area too for your convenience.

Its well situated close to the 5 malls in the area.

The staff are helpful and accomodating. The place is very clean, although not as grand as thought. The housekeeping staff acts fast as what we request. The location is good because it is near the shopping mall and food area.

I like this hotel, it's central and convenient. I was in KL for a business seminar, did not do a lot of researches, just chose JW Marriott hotel because it's near the seminar venue and I guess I was very lucky, my local friends told me it's a great location with food nearby, all kinds of restaurants, clubs are walking distance. I stayed on 26th floor, good view of KL's night. I really like this hotel.

this jw is not up to the top of the tree standard that you expect of a jw marriott. more akin the the standard marriott. swimming pool is a bit small, rooms ok, but nothing to shout above (our room was an executive deluxe). lounge staff are great.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Jalan Bintan is a great place for shops and food, and the food court opposite is also convenient.
