I like the convenient location as I have stayed here before for a couple of times and I am familiar with the environment.
Shopping Tip:
Within Times Sq, there are lot of shops. Bukit Bintang is also within walking distance.

The stay was pleasant. We shopped and when our hands were full we dropped our things at hotel and continued to shop. The hotel was clean and very comfortable.

Be Aware Of the Parking Charges

I stayed three nights here during the last week of July.
Checking-in was a breeze, so too was the checking-out.
The staff was courteous.
The apartment was well kept and clean.
Unfortunately the bidet was leaking and this has caused the door frame of the bathroom to rot.
Two light bulbs had blown but were not replaced.
The only bugbear was the parking charges imposed by the parking management.
Although the sign did say the maximum charge was RM11, this is not true.
On the first day I was charged nearly RM I stayed three nights here in the last week of July.

Great Location but the rooms are plenty old

Disappointed and will not stay there again. Small room and porr design , only have one narrow walking path to walk and the furniture is old and dirty. TV is small 20 years CRT type and poor receiving.

Huge room and great location

The location is great as it is located beside a shopping mall. The room are very spacious. However the furniture in this room is quite old.
The set back for this is the room is not manage under berjaya hotel. Therefore you do not have all the necessary hotel services like room service , wifi, breakfast or in room telephone.
Overall a valuable stay for those on short trips

overall the hotel facilities is not bad. however, i found that the airconditioning of hotel have to improve, is very hot and feel uncomfortable not only at room but also hotel's corridor. also, check in to hotel is troublesome, have to call for check in. there is no proper check in counter to do check in and out and to keep for the room key.

In the middle of a shopping centre

The apartment is not too bad as it is in the middle of the shopping mall. However, the electricity tripped when tried to plug in the mobile chargor. Had to call the maintenance guy up to settle the short circuit of the room. Other than that, had no problem with the room.

At berjaya times square - good location for dinning, shopping and transport
Room is big - with mircooven in kitchen, separated toilet and bathroom. Commented by others that tv is not the lcd, but i think it is fine as at least still work
no reception at lobby - a little bit inconvenience, but still can find the rsvn staff via sms or phone call
To be improved, the towels are not clean enough.
