No Service if staying in Appartments

Would not stay at kl appartments ever again, there is no service as appartments are not connected to hotel. There is no lobby for appartments hence no where to find out any information unless you ring a ph no you are handed on arrival. Appartment has no information in it, no wifi,you are not allowed pool towels,only appliances in kitchen were microwave and kettle,no toaster or pots and pans. No phone in room and also lost our baggage as we leaving.
