good value for money showers and bathrooms require refurbushmed,
not much dine in room options. Breakfast options not very good. In general our stay at Lanson Place was very good and we liked the 8 nights stay. We are a family of 5 and stayed in a two bedroom appartment, which was big enough for all of us and the kids enjoyed the stay, i would say it was a good value for money.The hotel staff were nice and friendly, location is good, taxi fare to KLCC and to Times Square is aproximatley 7 to 10 RM for each trip (may be 15 to 20 minutes walking, but we did not try walking). The breakfast options were not realy good, but still ok, not too bad (we missed few mornings). I would recommend this hotel for family stay. Book through agoda as this is my second experiance with agoda and i was always happy with services provided by agoda and hotels i stayed in. Thanks
Restaurant Tip : There is one good Iranian restaurant and another Arabic restaurant (AL MUSAFER)near the hotel (5 minutes walking). Try them as they serve nice estern Arabic/Iranian food. The famous (711) grocery shop is also close by the hotel.

easy location, cozy ambience, satisfactory facilities. limited place for recreation, unfriendly parking area, little splace at the lobby. Generally the place is acceptable to stay with further improvement on the facilities, it can be much better place. Bit noisy in room facing the road especially at night. Nice food but the some of the waiters need to attend refresher courses in customer relationship. however, it closed proximity to the town centre, is an added advantage, you may walk up to the KLCC, a good place for a short stay. Have a nice stay
Restaurant Tip : It located at the centre to many restaurants, namely, Iranian food, western food, Malay food, indonesia food and etc etc.

Outdated, towel rack fell off the wall, shower didn't work, didn't get room that we reserved, food was just marginal, had to take taxi's most places, too far to walk, and taxi's over charge tourist 2, 3 times (won't use meter) We arrived late in the evening due to flight delay. There was a small bathroom off this "bedroom" that was separated from the living area by folding doors. The shower didn't work, the towel rack kept falling off the wall. I called the desk immediately and asked to have the room changed. Was told that it was late better to get some sleep and we could change in the morning. The room was so loud with traffic noise, no sleep. I called at 7:00a.m. asking about a room change and the problem with inadequate beds, was told that the hotel was booked and we could not move. We were finally moved after three nights, of no sleep due to traffic noise (never stay on lower floors in this hotel) When we were moved we were moved to an actual 2 bedroom, that had two proper baths. The breakfast buffet was served from 7:00 - 10:30 but it was not managed well, difficulty finding a place to sit and food was constantly running out. The staff was not helpful, they did not inform us about the terrible problem with taxi drivers who greatly increase the price to return. What would cost you 3 ringit to get some where would cost you 10-15 to get back. Once we had a taxi driver try to charge us 256 ringit for a 10 ringit ride. There are so many nice hotels in K.L. I will never stay at Lanson Place again!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Central Market was a great experience, be wary of taxi drivers!!!

Good location - walk distance to public transportation, big shopping centers, good grocery stores nearby. Clean cpmfy place, good shower, good bed, good TV program. Kitchen with all pots, spoons, plates - very nice. Kind reception personnel. A couple of minor surprises: We could not get the converter for our electronics. This problem didn't exist 3 months ago - the converters were in the room already. Internet account was not unabled, so it took some extra time to get connected. It was our second visit in this place. The listed 'cons' would not apply to our first visit 3 months before. We still like the place, especially that it's so close to many consulates. Thank to Agoda and its great prices, we could enjoy our 3 day stay in KL using this great place.
Shopping Tip : 10 minute walk East of the hotel is another shopping mall with great grocery store on -1 level.

Good location near KL city centre.,clean. Good and recommended place to stay. Limited parking space, not well laid out! The SPA, expansive! Should give more discount rate to hotel tenants. Lanson Place? Well the location within close proximity to KL city centre.,convenient, clean environment.Rooms are well laid out with numerous facilities. Good and recommended place to stay. Very limited lobby space, limited parking space, not well laid out! The SPA is quite expansive! Should give more discount rate to hotel tenants. I would like to suggest from my own view and experience, for long stay, try to ask for room which is not facing the main road.

this is a good value hotel this is a fantastic hotel, very good, I will introduce to my friends when they go to Malaysia, good location, work distance to KLCC, cheap price, friendly staff, good value for the room, nice breakfast, and very good room, I got two TV in the room, that's really good, and I may stay with this hotel again when I go to Malaysia next time

I was most happy with this apartment. There was a kitchenette so you can cook if you want. The breakfast was lovely, good variett and changed every couple of days. The staff were polite and friendly and helpful. The bus stop to get into the centre of town was just a short walk away. there are restaurants close by to the hotel and a good supermarket where you can buy all your groceries. i would definitely reccommend this hotel and stay here again.

breakfast Great location just a stone throw away to the nearest bus stop to take you into the centre of malaysia outside the twin towers and in the heart of the city center. The apartments are very spacious, great view from the windows and a newspaper is delivered every morning - a nice touch. there is a good supermarket just around the corner where you can get your groceries and restaurants in the area. I would recommend this hotel.

This was a great place to stay - a big spaciuos clean and serviced apartment in the centre of Kuala Lumpar. Big TV with satellite. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good choice at breakfast and suitable for vegetarian. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I recommend it to all people travelling or on business.

The check-in receptionist is not very friendly, but also not very rude, so concluded as "so far so good". But the bellboy is very friendly. Easy to have limo service in the hotel lobby.

This is a great hotel. The location is ideal for those who want to be close to the city centre but not so close that they feel overwhelmed by it all. The bus stop is a short walk away from the hotel. there are plenty of good eateries to choose from. a good supermarket just a round the corner and the hotle offers a food delivery service. the breakfast is very good. i would recommend this hotel.

relatively handy position, cleaned well maintained rooms restaurant not to be recommended. Tried coffee (dreadful), tried dinner (not good), tried breakfast (average, but avoid eggs as they taste weird and watery). second toaster not working. Overall, this was a pleasant unit hotel - the unit whilst small was very nice with a large flat screen in loungeroom and another smaller TV in bedroom. Excellent kitchen, bathroom and best of all for me - was a beautiful comfortable and 'soft' bed (an absolute rare find in any Asian country). I'd actually return because of the bed alone. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The foyer is very nice and the pool is private, large and lovely although I believe it isn't heated. An added bonus for me was the proximity to the city - I actually walked home on one occasion. The surrounding area if you walk away from the direction the traffic is going, provides a pleasant and very interesting walk past the various Ambassadors' residences. Definitely book through Agoda as it is around half price. Don't bother eating at any of the restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Pleasant area not far from the city centre No real weaknesses to report Lanson Place was a comfortable place to stay in KL.The mini-apartment lay-out was spacious and having a kitchen was good as it meant you could sip your wine or coffee and clear everything away rather than leaving a mess in the living area.
The hotel is situated in a pleasant part of town, only a short taxi ride to the Golden Triangle shopping/ entertainment area. There are a few restaurants and shops close by, but no-where that we wanted to go seemed a long or expensive ride.Staff were professional and helpful.

Room Big. Clean. Breakfast serve good food. Front desk staff friendly. Tight security system The car park area. A bit difficult to turn to the car park place. We just stayed there for a night. But we will go back again if any time we visit Kuala Lumpur. Agoda offer very good rate, with the price we paid we can stay so near to the city. We are very happy.
