Good location near KL city centre.,clean. Good and recommended place to stay.
Limited parking space, not well laid out! The SPA, expansive! Should give more discount rate to hotel tenants.
Lanson Place? Well the location within close proximity to KL city centre.,convenient, clean environment.Rooms are well laid out with numerous facilities. Good and recommended place to stay. Very limited lobby space, limited parking space, not well laid out! The SPA is quite expansive! Should give more discount rate to hotel tenants. I would like to suggest from my own view and experience, for long stay, try to ask for room which is not facing the main road.

Location - central and close to all attractions
Size - Big!! Clean
This was a great place to stay - a big spaciuos clean and serviced apartment in the centre of Kuala Lumpar. Big TV with satellite. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good choice at breakfast and suitable for vegetarian. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I recommend it to all people travelling or on business.

very suitable for family visit with reasonable price.
toilet environment not satisfy.
generally feel good and comfortable. very suitable for family visit with reasonable price, however, toilet environment is under my expectation. The check-in receptionist is not very friendly, but also not very rude, so concluded as "so far so good". But the bellboy is very friendly. Easy to have limo service in the hotel lobby.
Hotel Feature Tip : remind to call taxi/limo service by "meter charge".

relatively handy position, cleaned well maintained rooms
restaurant not to be recommended. Tried coffee (dreadful), tried dinner (not good), tried breakfast (average, but avoid eggs as they taste weird and watery). second toaster not working.
Overall, this was a pleasant unit hotel - the unit whilst small was very nice with a large flat screen in loungeroom and another smaller TV in bedroom. Excellent kitchen, bathroom and best of all for me - was a beautiful comfortable and 'soft' bed (an absolute rare find in any Asian country). I'd actually return because of the bed alone. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The foyer is very nice and the pool is private, large and lovely although I believe it isn't heated. An added bonus for me was the proximity to the city - I actually walked home on one occasion. The surrounding area if you walk away from the direction the traffic is going, provides a pleasant and very interesting walk past the various Ambassadors' residences. Definitely book through Agoda as it is around half price. Don't bother eating at any of the restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Comfortable, spacious room ( more like an apartment really )
Good price
Pleasant area not far from the city centre
No real weaknesses to report
Lanson Place was a comfortable place to stay in KL.The mini-apartment lay-out was spacious and having a kitchen was good as it meant you could sip your wine or coffee and clear everything away rather than leaving a mess in the living area.
The hotel is situated in a pleasant part of town, only a short taxi ride to the Golden Triangle shopping/ entertainment area. There are a few restaurants and shops close by, but no-where that we wanted to go seemed a long or expensive ride.Staff were professional and helpful.

Excellent, big, clean and confortable rooms. Free internet.
average quality service, average quality breakfast, average quality swimming pool, location can be better.
Good for any kind of travellers. Well impressed by the room size and fornitures. Lack in service ( too young staff ). Unconfortable swimming pool. Value for money.

Room Big. Clean. Breakfast serve good food. Front desk staff friendly. Tight security system
The car park area. A bit difficult to turn to the car park place.
We just stayed there for a night. But we will go back again if any time we visit Kuala Lumpur. Agoda offer very good rate, with the price we paid we can stay so near to the city. We are very happy.

Nice rooms & hotel, close to twin towers
Only down side is that it is located on a very busy road, this can cause you to wait in traffic a long time
Shopping Tip : with the busy traffic it can be difficult to get a taxi to the hotel, the taxi drivers will quote extremely hi fares in order to either extort you or discourage you from using them, we would either try and find a driver that uses a meter or catch a train and walk about 10 mins from the train station back to the hotel.

Nicely appointed apartment rooms in a modern spacious airy setting with very courteous staff.
Location - taxis are required to get to the city - although at 10rm to KLCC it was not a major problem.
After booking a very competitive room rate at Lanson Place through Agoda I was pleasnatly surprised by the sumptuous surroundings, and then when I was shown to my room I was so impressed by the facilites I actually wondered if I had made a mistake on the room rate. But it turned out there was no mistake - flat screen TV's compact kitchen with all essentials, adequate lounge and bathroom with balcony window and inclusive broadband. The double bed was particularly comfortable.
Nightlife Tip : the return taxi is approx 50% more due to the one way system.

Clean and tidy, great layout, wonderful room, and you just love it once you check-in.
noisy air-con, and no secure in car-park area.
My first stayed in Lanson Place, was very happy with the price that i paid for it. Giving me a very good impression of this hotel. The interior is simply but nice, comfortable and feel like home. The only things that bother me much is the location of the hotel, it seems to be quite horrible traffic area. Would not mind to stay at this hotel again.

good location, friendly staff, reasonable price.
Have been staying here at least 4times since a year ago. Location is good, staff is always friendly & price is almost unbeatable.
However, I think the beds need to be changed, as they are now so soft that there is practically no support for the back. I usually have no problem with soft beds, but this recent visit is making me think twice about going back.
Overall it's still a nice stay & will be back if they can guarantee me a harder bed.

Vast apartments with an interesting layout. Convenient and accessible grocery and restaurants. Good service.
The rooms would need to have more linen. The service in the apartments is not consistent every day.
The Lanson Place is an affordable and worthwhile abode far from home for family and to stay with other friends. The standard makes you feel homey. It's a stone through (walking distance if the kids are enthusiastic) from the twin towers and shopping center. All conveniences are either contained or very nearby. The service in the hotel is not excessive but appropriate. The restaurant is completely acceptable even if the ambiance/deco could look a bit warmer and cozy, but convenient when you need to be back to your flat quickly. We noticed this brand have several other equivalences in some other cities in Asia and we'll definitely visit them if opportunity comes and the fares remain affordable.
Travel tip : just for convenience the grocery behind the Lanson has everything and more of what you can expect to please your appetite and leisure time.
We came for climbing. it's a MUST to recommend the Batu Cave climbing site (about 20 km from the hotel) which corresponds in term of setup to the most organized western spots. The climbing experience is wide enough to satisfy beginners and reasonably confirmed climbers.

Semi large apartment but nothing special. Have 2 TVs, have good water power, no noise in house.
Check in take 30 min, check out take 30 min.
Swimming pool is not fun.
I will not choose this hotel again. I pay 65 USD per night and you can get much better hotel standard in KL for that money. But if you are looking for an apartment and stay long time, maybe this is Ok. I missed the hotel feeling and the smile and service from the staff.
Nightlife Tip : Beach Club.
