Staff is nice and can speak English.
There is a small gym. Business center costs RM 6 for 30 minutes, which is much cheaper than other hotels at RM 1 a minute.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Visit the Twin Towers, Suria Shopping Mall, Maxis Center (to open your SIM card), KLCC LRP Station, and Wisma MCA.

Getting a taxi is horrible. Almost all taxis overcharge, they do not use the meter. So if you are tourist better beware. No maps available for tourist.
