Very small rooms, noisey, in dingy alley way

Overall poor, was guarenteed via email an early check in, reception refused to honor and charged an additional 100 RM. Very small rooms, poort customer service when asking for taxi bookings and tourist advise. TV reception poor when working at all. Shower head kept falling down the rail. I would not go back.

Compared with it's terrible small room and lack of efficient service, the price is too high! So I quite the room live in Furama, though I've paid the room fee.
You could not have drink water in the room, even you could not borrow umbrella ...But the money you paid for such room is really high.

Small room but modern and great value.

Very small room but attractively designed. There were signs of mould and moisture in the bathroom. The room was quiet despite the hotel being on an alley frequented by late night revellers. However, my sleep was disturbed on the second night by an inconsiderate builder at a nearby construction site using a jackhammer from 4am. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly.

Room was adequate for 1 pax. Bed quite comfortable. Easy access to shopping area in bukit bintang. Downside is it is located in a back alley n decor of hotel was dark.
