The concierge desk at the hotel were not at all helpful in planning our sight seeing trips.

KLCC-dont even try getting a taxi from KLCC to your hotel after office hours. There were taxis at the Taxi Stand, but they dont give a damn. I was with two small kids but they just turned us away. The reason was- they do not to be stuck in the traffic jam. We took the train service which was faster and cheaper.

Travel tip : Take the train service which is cheaper.
