Very good value hotel. Staff professional and friendly. Situated right next to trains which is a good thing if you don't want to haggle with taxi drivers for short trips across town.
Very nice looking rooms and a clean hotel throughout.
The breakfast selection was amazing and will cater for almost all tastes. Good bar and swimming pool. Will definately stay there again.
* Friendly Service
* Public Transport at the Door
* Situated on top of a shopping complex
* Fantastic Vareity for breakfast
* In desperate need of a shuttle bus to the bustling tourist areas like Bukit Bintang and Petaling Street.
* Need to be a bit more realistic in charges for internet and telephone usage. Hotel charges you up to 20 times the amount you'd pay for at a phone booth outside or an internet cafe nearby.
- Shopping Tip : Everything in Malaysia is negotiable. Don't pay sticker price at the Mall downstairs.

The hotel is located on top of a mall, sadly, the mall is not well equipped for shopping, the rooms are clean so it does offer value for money, the service was very friendly, the view from the hotel is not as nice as they depict on the website. the hotel is well maintained.
the internet is offered at an expensive cost and the hotel should follow its competitors and offer free WiFi also seeing as it is a 4 star or 5 star hotel then they should give bathroom slippers.
Good location, good service
Overall Ok
- Shopping Tip : You can go shopping at the mall below the hotel.

I booked this hotel right before i went to KL, i saw a good deal of 5 star hotel, Legend hotel, which is pretty good in HCMC, Vietnam. However the hotel room needs to be renovated and they didn't even seem to prepare to get a guest in their rooms. No towels, no shower cap, nothing in the bathroom, and no nightgown in the closet. nothing in the refrigerator... I was really disappointed. And plus becuz I got the cheap deal, the breakfast is not provided? Funny funny.
Nothing.
A lot.

Over all the hotel offers a nice stay, the location is good for getting around, the mall is good for grabbing a quick snack or take away, if you are looking for a great view of the city, then this is not the place for you as the hotel looks over traffic and a restricted view of the Twin Towers.
For comfort and clean rooms then this hotel ranks high.
The lobby is located on the ninth floor so you will have to catch a separate lifts whenever you go to or from your room.
The service is prompt and the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.
The hotel offers internet but at a very costly price 15rm per hour and you have to leave a deposit of 30rm for a cable, most other hotels in the area at the same cost offer free wifi, also the mall located under the hotel is pretty basic.

The hotel worth staying for a couple of days. The best price and quality ratio can be applied. My room was upgraded for free from Deluxe to the Studio room. Service wise is nice also, all of the staff is very friendly.
The very best thing is the location of the hotel. Right next to the mall... Cheap prices at the stores.
Restaurant, sometimes they serve ethnic cuisines, like Indian or Arabic. Even if you don't like one of these cuisines, you still gonna have to eat it anyway. Cause it is a buffet type restaurant. Second weakness is the business office prices. I think they are very high, for ex. one sheet printed gonna cost you 1 USD, and 8 hours of wifi around 10 USD.
- Shopping Tip : The prices for electronics at the Mall downstairs is not as cheap as LOW TOW mall.

me and my wife had hoped for a very nice hotel, instead we got a broken toilet, broken safety box, a broken TV, rude staff, and this was supposed to be the nice ending of our vacation, it certainly was not.
the pool.
the staff should talk better English, there were several of the staff that we not even understood. sadly.
- Travel tip : no, far from the city center.

The hotel is located next to the exhibition centre (Putra world trade centre) and star monorail and KTM railway line which made it the ideal hotel to stay for business men/women. It is in the mall so you could not get bored, and the resturants/cafes in the mall were value for money. It is recommended to all travelers, a 5 star accommodation at very reasonable price.
The location of hotel was very good. Near star line monorail and KMT railway line hence making traveling to/from airport and to town very easy. Next to exhibition centre PWTC.The hotel was in the mall and has a 5 star feel with very good facilities and friendly staff. Must recommend.

Not quite a 5 star hotel in my book. The rooms and bathrooms are quite huge, but the room itself was a little bit old, wallpapers in our room were starting to peel and the television was quite ancient. The hotel is also located away from downtown Kuala Lumpur, so expect to explore the city using a taxi.
Huge Rooms and Bathrooms
Quite far from downtown Kuala Lumpur, rooms are a little bit old, peeling wallpapers.
- Shopping Tip : Located right next to a mall.

We arrived tired and in need of a good shower only to find that the water was brown and when it eventually ran clear there was no hot water. Hotel staff too busy to attend to problems and preferred to hang up the phone; there were also no towels in the room! No hot water for several hours - staff told us to run the taps and the hot water would come in 5-10 minutes! I eventually went from room to room with the hotel manager looking for hot water!
Buffet dinner was good value; large room, good view of roads.
Staff were too busy.
- Restaurant Tip : If u are tired go for the restaurant bistro buffet.

Good service at check in, but had to give a ring several times before staff picked up the phone. Room was terrible, facing a blank wall with no decor. I was then upgraded to a more spacious room with more breathing space. Breakfast was good.
Spacious lobby and clean lift areas
Take a lift to the main reception
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Close to shopping malls but no nightlife but good live music in the monkey bar.
